I think that the reason why the value of altcoins is dropping is because of the Bitcoins price trajectory. Once Bitcoin's price goes down, most of the altcoins goes down too. It is because of the transactions between the two. You need to have Bitcoins to buy Altcoins.

and this is happening right now, bitcoin is down and altcoin is going to go down too. but I am sure that the altcoin and bitcoin will increase again in the other days and you only need to wait for the price to increase and buy another amount if you still have money. maybe you can do another thing to prevent your mind become the stress to see the altcoin is down so you can think what you need to do when you back to the market.

The decision is up to you op since these are your funds you are talking about. Honestly, I feel that is always a bad move to try and sell your coins and tokens in a bear market unless its an emergency and you absolutely need the funds. It is much better to stop looking at the charts and HODL in whatever manner possible until the market rallies again which could help you earn healthy profits instead of incurring losses. If you have something which is roundabout stable nowadays(BTC,USD,etc.), you can easily invest in a coin you believe in, which is low right now.
Buy the dip, sell the pump or hodl.

It's just normal to cryto values. You don't have to worry about it but instead take advantage of those dips to gain profit in the future. What goes down must go up.
