You should be able to trade or hold crypto without emotion - if you are scared it means you have invested too much. I would suggest re-evaluating your positions and decreasing your holdings to level that you can afford.

We are at all time low of this year. Bitcoin is testing its lower supports one after the other. Even if BTC stabilizes, alts are expected to undergo bloodbath because at such points, people shift either to USDT or BTC from altcoins which brings further dump. But this is short term. We won't see BTC below $6k for long. Thus, this is good investment opportunity. You have lost 70% of your portfolio. You are hodling large cap coins. So, don't panic sell now. Your portfolio isn't going to dump more. Price has touched lowest support and will bounce back from here.

Moreover, institutional money has been waiting on sidelines for quite a time now and investors were waiting lower supports to enter the crypto market. So, we might see pump soon. This is the time to accumulate more instead of panic selling.

Well everyone is disappointed with market conditions in recent months, everyone is in loss, market does not seem to find a support yet, personally i thought that btc will not go below $6k mark and it will bounce back from that level but seeing it going below that mark is very discouraging but wr can only hope and pray that market will bounce from here and start some uptrend.

HODL because big money manipulators are dropping down BTC and cryptomarket to make YOU to sell crypto with losses, they dump it to pick up your money! Did not sold = no losses = no profits for manipulators! Wait for few months and prices will pump higher then in Jan-2018, your deposit will make 10x!

I think you really need some rest into looking at the price frequently.
That is the trick of a holder. Do not let your emotions get the best of you. It is crypto currency and it fluctuates because of the large amount of trading sites by now.
