It's quite unfortunate that such things still happen in the crypto platform . That's exactly why we are advised to he absolutely cautious when it comes to the bounty programs you participate in, in the recent past there has been a rise  in bounty scams, those are the type that don't pay for rewards. The best thing is they should be named and ashamed for not keeping their work

When you have followed some bounty then at the end of the bounty they promise to distribute their tokens based on the time they have specified. But in fact, after waiting some time token not sent. What's worse, it turns out bounty that we have followed is a scam.
How do you deal with this while your time has gone to work on bounty to promote their projects.

In my opinion, most bounty campaigns slow down the distribution of tokens to avoid the instant sales from bounty hunters. Normally, they wait for the tokens to be listed on a stock exchange and then hand them out.
And at the same time tokens are distributed in parts by month or even more. I think it's even good, since bounty hunters will not be able to significantly affect the price of the token.

actually there is not much that bounty participants can do in this cases. if the project is scam, believe me you are much luckier than real investors. if they couldnt reach thesoftcap target, they can not pay to bounty hunters.

If they follow this method then it's good for bounty participants because we no need to wait for months to list that token in exchanging sites immediately we can convert our tokens. But now new tokens are not listing in any exchanges so if they paid also no use.

Well, there is really nothing you can do about it, you have to man up and accept the situation, it comes nothing good out of being stressed out and angry, move to the next bounty and learn from your mistakes in the future.

It is very unfortunate that after working for the promotion of a project, the promised bounty allocation is not paid. I think, if this continue without any deterrent action on them, bounty programs will face a big challenge in the future.

It always feel very bad when we did not receive the reward after doing all the specific task and we can not do anything to get rewards because there can be a reason we did not get reward whether project did not achieve their soft cap or hard cap even I don't think we should blame only bounty manager for this after all its our fault also we did not due diligence the project before participation as we all know every project is not been always successful so it's better to move on.

There are different variations:
- some development teams issue tokens 2 months after the ICO. By the time bounty hunters receive their tokens, the project already has a listing on several (normal) exchanges, but the coin rate is lower than the ICO price since the developers or advisers themselves sold their tokens;
- some projects do not collect the required amount and start to blame the bounty hunter, trying to reduce pool bounty campaign (although the amount was agreed in dollars);
- some projects do not pay and do not communicate with the bounty managers;
- bounty managers cheat developers and bounty hunters, take all the tokens oneself;
- etc.
We must be prepared for any situation.

I also experienced the same thing with you, after following the project but the payment has not been done, and many projects that break the promise or not in accordance with what is conveyed in the rule project.

The problem you encountered was bad, but almost bounty hunter is inevitable so I think you should not be too sad. That will bring you experience. ICO projects are pretty much in line with bounty campaigns, so you need to make a choice before joining. If you meet the scam project, if you know early, you can stop and warn people.

Most bounties don't really take up too much time, it's very unlikely that you would have spent more than around 10-15 minutes per day on the bounty, even that is unrealistic, probably 5 minutes per day for the most part. There is nothing you can do, a lot of ICOs simply fail, and hence will not pay out their bounty, or if they turn out to be a scam, nothing you can do either. That's why you should be participating in multiple high quality bounties at once, so it's unlikely they will all fail.

You have to do bounties with this risk that it could be scam, it could not reach Soft Cap, manager could do it by himself only and not connected to the ICO, that's why you should do more for example twitter or facebook bounties to avoid 0 earned tokens. Of course Signature is then very risky.

This is the risk that bounty hunters have to take when signing up to a new bounty project. There are a number of reasons why payment will be cancelled, not just the softcap or scam issue, some are just ass-hats that refuse to pay out of meanness.

Not all ICO will lead to a success, everyone in the crypto space must have been scam or loss money either way, as a bounty hunter you must act like an investor,research before taking part in a campaign in order to minimize being involve in  scam ICO. There is little or nothing you can do about unpaid Bounty, except you want to report the bounty manager on Bitcointalk.

This is already happening everyday almost to bounty hunters, especially with the starters in this field. That's why it is highly recommended that you study carefully the ICO project firstly before joining its bounty campaigns, because if the project is not promising it will not reach even the soft cap most likely or it will turn into scam shortly.

It is really sad, after bounty hunters have dedicated their time, energy and data to promote a particular project with all their commitment promoting the project and creating awareness , at the end of the day, the project refuse to pay.

Of course if you're doing one project you're very upset, and when you do projects 50-60 then you will not be so much hurt

You just have to accept the fact that such uncertainty is possible to happen. Jist accept and learn from it because that's the only thing that you can do within such a situation. There are many cases with regards to your problem but it won't be enough to generalize that all bounties are the same. Next time, try to check the background of the main team to help you make assumptions about the project.

This is the worst thing in joining bounty after you gave your time promoting their projects then ends up with nothing well we couldnt help the situation, lets accept the fact and move on, experience made us into a better person, next time you can join a lot of campaigns so that it wont hurt you a lot if theres bounty wont pay you.

I don't think we can do something , if project appear to be a scam . This is the reason , why crypto must be regulated by rules and laws . When crypto will be regulated and all projects will be registered properly , investors and bountyhunters will be protected by law and will be able to bring a claim to court for a compensation in case of fraud.
