BITCASINO.IO SCAM SCAMMERS SCAMMED 500USD BTC THAT I DEPOSITED

Was it too difficult to put bitcasino scam into google?

Why register directly at random casinos if you have the option to play with consumer protection service inclusive?

Some interesting news from their other scam site!

Guys, I just found this forum and I am so sad that I just found it.

I also deposited at Sportsbet yesterday. I wagered 0,6 BTC and won about 0,3 BTC.
Now I had 0,9 BTC on my account but I could not withdraw them.
I was a bit worried, because this was totally new to me. I use Sportsbet a lot and I already lost a lot but whenever I won small amounts at least the withdraw worked. However, now that I actually won something bigger I could not withdraw.

I had to send them an Email and they told me that I should send an Email to "security@sportsbet.io". I did just that but got an automatic response and they did not even read my email. They wanted KYC documents. I asked them, what happens, in case I don't want to send my KYC documents. They ignored me and even kicked me out of Live-Chat. I can understand that they need KYC but for some people among us it's not possible. For me personally I don't want anybody to know that I gamble a lot. In our social circle it's not looked to good upon.
It is however totally legal to gamble from my country!

Now I can't reach their support chat as they kicked me out and blocked me. I asked them multiple times, if my winnings are safe but none of the times they answered. They just kicked me out of the chat.

I will keep you guys updated.

But for now please be extra careful with Sportsbet and don't use it or else you will end up like me with 3000$ blocked from you

Update 1: I asked them twice through Email, if they will just keep my funds if I don't want to send them my documents. Both times I get a response that I have to send my documents now. Nothing else. They don't even read what I sent.
Before getting kicked out of the chat I was told that my funds are safe and they will solve this quickly but then they do this.

This site is exit-scamming. I am 100% sure.

I will keep you guys updated.

The juridical logic says:

1) If you are allowed to deposit and play and win without KYC, then you are also allowed to withdraw withoit KYC

2) If the casino is obligated to do KYC in case of withdrawals, then they are also obligated to enforce KYC in case of deposits

Did not you listen to the other recent warnings?

Sportsbet.io violated their own self exclose license terms.

Sportsbet.io banned me for no reason

Sportsbet.io does not give my earnings

Do not trust sportsbet.io they are not give winnings

SPORTBETS.IO SCAM SCAM SCAM

The first link you provided was a thread about someone who canceled their account because they were angry they lost and didn't receive compensation for their losses. Being mad about bonuses and asking to be banned for that reason isn't 'SELF-EXCLUSION'. - NOT A SCAM

The second link you provided is someone who was banned for doubled spending BTC. OP never even responded after his initial post (most likely because game-protect forgot the password to that forum account. -NOT A SCAM

The third link you provided is someone who was banned for creating multiple accounts which is against every casino's TOS that I know of, and abusing promotional offers (1st deposit bonus I'm assuming). OP said he would provide proof in his initial post, but never provided anything. -NOT A SCAM

The forth link you provided is someone claiming they won a bet, but the deposit was refunded instead of paying out the won bet. Again, OP said proof was available but chose not to supply it to the thread and nothing else was heard of from OP. My guess? another multiple account or double spender. -NOT A SCAM

Last link is the same ol' BS. -NOT A SCAM

In all of the links you provided they were from new users, with bogus complaints, not backed by any proof, and were merely cheaters trying to cheat a reputable site.

I'm sure if someone at btctalk would look into it they would find that all of these accounts and game-protect are infact the same person. If they are not, then there is some financial tie to game-protect to create these bogus complaints.

Game-protect is clearly an addict and is mad he lost his money at casino's so he's trying to paint a bad picture.

Don't gamble what you can't afford to lose.

sportsbet.io is a sister to bitcasino. While I have never wagered at sportsbet, I however have wagered at bitcasino for the better part of 2 years. Not once have I had an issue being paid -EVER. NOT A SCAM

***I have no affiliation to sportsbet.io or bitcasino.io

What you guys do not understand is that if a casino becomes an open scam website than market already shows itself and they go away.
Not in a court case maybe but they are just abandoned by the market enough that they eventually leave or close shop themselves.

There has been websites like that which scammed its gamblers from their money and people started to talk about it and eventually one thing led to another and people stopped playing on those casinos because they were known to be scam and eventually since they didn't have people gambling there they had to close the casino.

It means if this place is scam like game protect says we will hear about it soon when their wagered amount gets incredibly low or not.
If it is like that than we can be sure that market has already decided on if they are scam or not.

Just to clarify: Your security software discovers multiple accounts opened with same device and IP address instantly?

The withdrawal was requested using the same IP address and device, that was used during the signup process, so no red flags.

Within hours of the initial withdrawal being processed, the customer logged in from a different location (different IP), a different device and made 3 deposits, winning on slots games and started making multiple withdrawals.

Due to the withdrawals coming from a different device and location, it immediately raised a red flag for our team, whereby we naturally followed the KYC procedure outlined in our terms and conditions. This is done to protect our customer’s funds from any fraudulent activities or hackers. This is in our T&C and is a standard procedure we follow to ensure customer safety as per 3.11 and 5.4 in https://bitcasino.io/about/terms-and-conditions.

Quote
Bitcasino support

Regarding fraud and in line with our no tolerance policy, our security department has been very focused on eradicating Double Spending fraud and multi-accounting Bonus Abuse. Unfortunately when caught, these fraudsters then post here on the forums with the hidden agenda to claim funds back while cultivating public support without exposing their fraudulent activities. We very rarely share such case evidence publicly nor discuss our fraud detection techniques used for obvious reasons.

Our security gurus, in their spare time, fight cybercrime on military grade level and are well-versed in the application of darknet resources, blockchain analysis, IP masking and document forgery. Digital Identity Theft and/or forgery is a serious criminal offence in most countries around the world, and regardless of pseudo-anonymity of bitcoin payments, we will not stand for it and will report it to the relevant authorities if needed. If a player attracts the suspicion of our security team, there will be a valid reason for a security review and our primary goal is to resolve it with the player in private quickly and fairly. Whether the accusation is true or not, we recommend you just be honest and transparent with us and we will be the same with you.

Do you have documents confirming that the management changed?

This casino is run by scrooges, I stopped depositing with them because their promos are a joke. I miss the old days when they had good management. But the ones now are just as clueless as it comes.

It in the best interest of your sites to stop promoting lies because all I see is just another shit thread all with the aim to cover up the previous lies and start a fresh one. You are to delet or lock this thread or allow mods to do justice to this ones and for all.

Very interesting stuff, thanks for the heads up.

Since I used to be a gambling affiliate, I knew the founder of this casino personally and even did some translation stuff for them back in the day - that was around 2014 if I remember correctly.

I do not know if the guy is still involved but back then, he was one of the good guys in the gambling affiliate community, well known and with a great reputation. Prior to bitcasino.io he (his company) ran a big number of other sites and they had a big poker rakeback business as well as huge poker related websites.

When the IP address and device used for accounts is relevant for you, then you have to block multiple accounts instantly and make the KYC prior to letting account holder play or send the deposits back.

@Cyrus @hilariousandco

tons of people here have been banned for doing alot less, and i'm curious why this guy has been around doing this for years, as far as i'm aware mods haven't addressed it once stating why.

just gonna list the things this guy is known for, "not all of them has happen to me personally" but alot of the accusations are made by very trusted people.

Blackmail/Racketeering
Leaves false feedback with people who's only interaction with him was "disagreeing"
Creates dozens of threads promoting his agenda "spam"
Comments on 80% of threads in the gambling section "advertising"

Scams and this one would be easy for a mod to verify, his service offers protection for casinos that scam, "offering legal services" just look at his post providing his "legal advice" the guys a dumbass
on top of that the sites hes promoting usually have worse rep then the ones hes accusing.

so----
Blackmail/Racketeering/FalseFeedback/Spam/Advertising/Scamming.

id like a mod to address why these aren't considered to be breaking any rules, because i have been warned just for posting in the wrong section, and i'm pretty sure i got a temp ban for it once.

i'm Looking for sig campaign pmme

@ mentally ill

If they allow the criminal offence of defamation why would they ban online gaming consumer protection service?

Does not make any sense!

If Game Protect scammed someone, why do not you put the proof on the table and get 5 BTC?

Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

The bitcasino loss back for the past 5 years is now in the final stage, because the scam artists made a huge mistake! Cheesy

The bitcasino.io fraud scheme is irrevocably crushed and very soon it can happen that the police will confiscate wallets and then customers will not be able to withdraw like it happened with btc-e.com!!!

Yes, if and after wallets are confiscated, you can submit your claim to the police, but the authorities will first take the $ millions evaded taxes and fees and we do not know if thereafter will be something left.

You are warned and if you will lose money it is your own fault!

Again, why is he allowed to post this fud?

Is this real or a FUD news? I don't know also but given the fact that bitcoincasino.io is a shit scam site, well believe it. Unfortunately, I started to sign up with their site. In fact, I saw their different domains. And right now, there is an accusation regarding with their legalities. Now I know why they have different domains. Hm.

Do not do business with this Scammer.  Do not send him money.  Do not give him any personal details.
He will try to get you to pay 5% of your claim up front and then ghost you.  One victim who sent him about $1,000 USD over 9 months ago started this thread
when he stopped responding.  Eventually he showed up in the thread, made a bunch of nonsense posts in attempt to make her be quiet (which he then deleted) and then decided to post her personal information.

Bitcasino.io might be interested to know that game-protect is running his own curacao casino.  He advertises it as anonymous (no AML/KYC laws followed) and for all countries (including the ones curacao does not allow).

Kind of ironic, huh?

The revolution is here!
