If you lost at least 1 BTC to sportsbet.io while they did not enforce applicable AML / KYC laws, please submit to Game Protect and we will demand it back?

If you lost at least 1 BTC to sportsbet.io while they did not enforce applicable AML / KYC laws, please submit to Game Protect and we will demand it back?

Do not do business with this Scammer.  Do not send him money.  Do not give him any personal details.
He will try to get you to pay 5% of your claim up front and then ghost you.  One victim who sent him about $1,000 USD over 9 months ago started this thread
when he stopped responding.  Eventually he showed up in the thread, made a bunch of nonsense posts in attempt to make her be quiet (which he then deleted) and then decided to post her personal information.

Bitcasino.io might be interested to know that game-protect is running his own curacao casino.  He advertises it as anonymous (no AML/KYC laws followed) and for all countries (including the ones curacao does not allow).

Kind of ironic, huh?

The revolution is here!

Please submit this scam to Game Protect and we will try to enforce it?

Hi All,

I trust you are well.
I have had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with bitcasino.io.
I registered a new account, made quite a few deposits and upon requesting a cashout, my account was just disabled and no evidence provided but they claimed I had another account but I do not.
I use VPN sometimes for Netflix etc but I had sent through my ID and selfie for verification purposes but they just took my deposits, confiscated my winnings and that was it!
Can someone plz advise me if there is anything I can do as I am really tired of losing money to fraudulent casinos.
Username is thomasbenjamin92 at bitcasino.io

Please can someone advise me.

It's a scam.  A 100%, without a doubt, scam.
This extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk account claims it is 100% sure a scam, but is not able to put the proof on the table and get 5 BTC! Cheesy

Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

I am sure of only one thing: for this resource, all these statements are the most real anti-advertising.  If it is possible through a lawsuit to solve problems for damages, then I believe that in countries such as the United States of America, this possibility is real and very fair.  But in order to prove this fraud or not, real investigations of all the activity of the resource at the official level will be required.

The OP has the worst trust score on the entire forum & trust me, that takes some doing on this forum which is full of liars, scammers & pure losers.

Check the OP’s trust ratings & please disregard anything he has to say.

Bitcasino.io might be interested to know that game-protect is running his own curacao casino.
How dead a brain must be to post proof that Game Protect is an affiliate for GamblingTec and at the same time claims it is my own casino? Cheesy

It's branded with your name on it! Regardless of who operates the management of it, you branded it as the Game-Protect casino.

How can you claim someone is brain dead and then claim that in the next sentence.

The trust of who did I breach and how?

The wondrous Game-Protect didn't read my post nor does he know how to spell my username.

I said how. Read it again buddy. Take it slow this time, okay.

Game Protect enforces not honoured self-exclusion cases!

Please take note that the askgamblers link is not related to me.

I had not raised any complaint on askgamblers so I kindly ask you to refrain from providing false evidence and misleading statements.

The law is clear on this issue. Deposits should not be accepted if withdrawals will be  denied for an account related to a self excluded account.
Remaining funds should be returned especially if the casino sent the player marketing material during the self exclusion period.

Sending a player marketing material and enticing one to gamble is total against the law and duty of care.

I have no problem in providing evidence of the self exclusion request and marketing material which sas received from bitcasino.io while I was excluded.

Karl, please be sure of your facts as this is not a claim of self exclusion but a fact!

I had informed you about my exclusion not to have my funds stolen but as per your terms I should inform you and remaining funds must be returned.

I kindly ask you to relook into my claim and return my remaining funds please.

Please publish everything here or send to Game Protect and I will publish it there?

Your insinuations are dumbfounded Karl.
Is this the way that this casino addresses player issues?
I will be attaching all correspondence and accusations about a syndicate from Philippines etc an let the world see how ridiculous this casino actually is.
Enough games and false claims, you want a fight, I hope you are ready!
I wanted the money was owing to me and its very sad that after using pirated software, multiple complaints about the ridiculous support and confiscating players winnings, a support staff such as yourself Karl comes here and does not respect this forum with your baseless accusations.

Screenshots and correspondence will follow on this forum and then let the players decide.

After that I will ensure that the casino watchdog hears about this establishment as well as the non responsive curacao authority.

Something must be done about this fraudulent casino.

Karl,

I am going to ask one last time, will my remaining funds be returned or should I post all my correspondence with you guys on this forum.

The dumb Philippines accusations and ridiculously long KYC checks that are only instituted by you guys to avoid payment.

KYC at other casinos have been very pleasant but this place takes it to another level and for the smallest of amounts.

Are we going to resolve this issue is a mutually beneficial manner or should I continue with my formal complaint?

Stay away from this scam casino...its sickening to have to go through so much red tape to withdraw your own money!

STAY AWAY, this casino freezes funds and tend to disable your account for the most ridiculous of reasons.

If I could rate this casino here,I would give it a negative 10 rating.
Game Protect has a lot of proof confirming this, but the good news is that you have the option to enforce your money. Smiley

I must admit I have not read the whole thread. If I remember correctly though, Bitcasino.io is one of the sites belonging to Tim Heath? Years ago I had some business relationships with Tim, worked as a translator and content writer for him and never had any problems at all.

Game Protect received a lot of proof that bitcasino.io, sportsbet.io and vegascasino.io knowingly let customers open several accounts. If the customer loses, everything is fine, but if the customer wins, then they suddenly discover the multiple accounts and ask for KYC!

Clever? Cheesy

Our gaming licenses (both in the UK and Curacao), regulate that we must undertake a “Know Your Customer” process (KYC) which enables us to establish your identity and location.
Your Curaçao license requires you to do KYC when?

a) Account creation

b) Deposit

c) Deposits reach a certain amount

d) Withdrawals reach a certain amount

e) Losses reach a certain amount

How the AML and KYC laws and regulation enforcement works remains your big secret?

Can the bitcointalk.org community please explain why bitcasino.io claims in its advertisement at coinmarketcap.com "Complete privacy", but in its terms claim that they reserve the right to check the identity at any time?

Does the owner of bitcasino.io suffer a schizophrenia? Cheesy

Its the only bitcoin casino I trust to pay me. I do play big. I don't want to take a chance and play huge bets on a casino that I'm not sure will pay. Bitcasino always paid my big wins of 100,000 euro and up almost immediately. No questions asked. But unfortunately I have lost close to 600,000 euro on their site now and still get treated like a newby. Highest level VIP, 32million + points gained in 1 month, over 3000 bonus buys in 1 month over 500 euro and up and still I get fed the same bullshit. "Oh we are so sorry for your losses, but hey your Loyalty program has been rewarding you generously and is much higher than the industry standard. I believe industry standard is 10% rebate on your losses. I've lost close to 120,000 euro this week. Got back around 0.2 BTC.
You have the cost free chance to get 50% rebate for all your losses!

Anyone here willing to review about 3 hours of Kong Megaways Bonus buys and calculate average RTP for 0.25 BTC ?

I bought around 150,000 euro worth of bonuses @ 1500 euro each on kong and lost money on every single buy except for 2 I think. Average loss was around 90% my initial buy except for 2 where I managed to scrape together a combined profit of 1000 euro.

Total losses total over 150,000 EURO. Just want to make sure that the gameplay was fair and legitimate.
According to bitcasino.io the RTP is 96% for Kong Megaways

So statistically you lose 4% of the amount you bet.

Based on the youtube video I am not able to calculate the total amount of your bets. Maybe you can see it in your betting history?

To lose 150,000 Euro with 4% house edge the total amount of your bets must be 3,8 million Euro!

Bitcasino.io operates illegal without valid license because the usage right contract between mBet Solutions N.V. and 1668/JAZ license holder is invalid because the key terms and conditions under its "supervision" and "responsibility" are intentionally not fulfilled!

The video shows 10€ bets and let us assume you make 1 bet every 2 seconds:

1) 30 bets per minute x 60 minutes = 1,800 bets per hour x 3 hours = 5,400 bets x 10€ = 54,000€ total amount of bets.

2) 4% house edge of 54,000€ bet = 2,160€ statistical loss
