Still buying gox coin have around 10 real BTC !!
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

The fee probably is fine. But really I dare not to give my id to them. I doubt they are not regulated, what if in a future day your id is used in some criminal events?

Usually it goes like that the scammer tries to lure you into sending first, I would think real btc first of all. And then you're out of luck. So never send real btc first, and use escrow, or only send as small amount as you can afford to lose, and check rep. If in doubt - do not trade.
