It is quite the trend lately, don't like this tendence anyways. But yes, in the last months, it was a better choice to buy after the distribution.

No, because some altcoins starting to die after their ICO because of a massive selling of tokens of bounty hunters but it will still depends on the supporters of the project if the project is really good then maybe it will be a good chance for you to buy the most important is that you know about the project and how the team work.
And even after all the massive dumps, most of the tokens fail to rise up again or to even reach their ICO price for months to come. The only best thing or approach to buying is buy using the trend line because trends always repeats itself and you cannot be all wrong after all.

Even most of the great projects suffer because of this lately. And so the ICO investing mood is very low. Definitely not a sustainable trend for the long term.

It really all boils down to the kind of project that you are doing this with. With some coins, they end up dying out after the ICO ends when bounty hunters are dumping the coins which they got from the bounty campaign. In this case, if you buy a coin that wasn't good in the first place because you think that the price is down, then you would just be wasting money.

Most times it allows better results investing in projects that backers understand so therefore bear a increased option to get to choose carefully.

For me it is best to buy after the ico but it is very risky. It's really hard to determine though on which one is gonna be successful or on which one will give you a reasonable profit.

The crypto world change very fast, we know, seen that in the past... If there is a good strategy now, like buying after the token sale, it may not be that good tomorrow Smiley

Yes sure it is good to buy tokens after ICO mostly tokens you know it will dump when it hits exchanges, For me I don't normally invest in projects that have big bonus rather, i will wait and buy them up on the exchanges

If you believe in a particular project and after the ICO of said project , the token of the project become cheap and you loads a lots of it,  tell me,  what better strategy can be better than buying your favourite token at a serious discount,  some will say at give away price.

Yes, it is if you believe the project will be good in the future. Most of the bounty tokens will be sold and the price might go down but proper research should be done before buying of course.

as practice shows during the sale of coins, the price is very expensive! but after the projects go to the exchange - the price of the coin immediately falls many times! Of course, it's best to buy such coins after they have just entered the stock exchange!

naah i don't think so that it is the good idea to buy the tokens right after the ico. i have tried this and my thinking was the same like you but after the raiden and arcblock ico , price increase was shocking and i missed the icos just to follow what you are saying right now but the tokens didn't get dumped and price was much high than the ico plus i missed the bonus too

Yes, I guess this is the other way of making more profit buying the dip. What happens to most of the ICO's today, bounty hunters arw dumping the token/coin because they don't really have a full support on the project they are promoting.

Hello
You know that most of ICOs lose their token price directly after token distribution. Sometimes it happens through bounty hunters, sometimes for other reasons... So the question is as follows: Is it good strategy to buy tokens at low price directly after ICO?

Buying tokens at a low price after ico is the right choice for profit. But before you buy first you have to do research to make sure that the store is indeed worth to hold.

Nowadays a lot of ico projects price down the after ico. If you want to investment the project, you can split your money and use ico and after ico investment

I think so, yes. There are some good ICO's out there that is currently under 70% of initial price at which we can accumulate right now, and wait till it gets to the right price and pump all the way to the highs!

Some people make their earnings from that aspect, immediately the coin is listed the price will be much lover than ICO price before regaining he's status, Thus, it's a good idea to buy after ICO.
Always target the lowest price yet this is already the common thing that do happen on most tokens as of now when it do hits up on exchangers where it do normally drops its price lower into its ico or pre-sale value and just wait up for the possible bottom but the question is that how you would determine such price? How you would choose up a coin that can possibly regain its upward momentum later? These are the common things that would really put us on doubt.

Well if well researched before buying into the project, it is still highly profitable and investing in icos.

If you believe that this project has big potential, then of course. But the main problem is that the best projects sometimes can grow in price very fast. Like Quarkchain for example.

Buying after ico regardless of the project is always less risky for me, depending on the project buying at low price is very good investment if it is undervalued.
