if you found a good ICO then its good to invest to it after buying low price cryptocurrency because it can bring you good profit. Also buying when the price is cheaper is really good strategy and wait for the market rise, but sometimes its good to put it in ICOs but make sure you know all the information about it to make sure that it is not scam ICO. It is sometimes better to buy their coins after that because the price just goes down drastically. But some of those ICO don't recover at all.

Sure, why not. ideally tokens during ICO was supposed to be cheaper and also comes with bonuses but if you are so lucky enough to buy it cheap from bounty hunters who dump their coin very quick then i guess that is a cool deal.

       It's a good strategy also since we need to buy in low price and it can help the price to bounce back if this will be sold out, sometimes it is cheaper than ICO pre sale , but if you really want to invest to this project, then it is better to buy during ICO sale because tokens from bounty reward is only a small amount allocation and some bounty hunters are also going to hold their tokens .

If its me, I prefer to buy after the ICO. I'll wait for the bounty distribution and wait for them to dump it.
