I think the task of protecting oneself from scams rest primarily on the individual and secondary on the community. First, avoid being greedy. Only invest your money on ICO projects with a verifiable team. a viable idea and possibly a working product. The crypto community will also contribute by working together to expose suspicious projects to protect investors.

Well to avoid some scam, you need to be smart at all times. Do not start some investment if you clearly don't know about the project. Do some massive research first like reviewing the whitepaper of the ICO, checking their sites or any other information that'll satisfy you that the project is not a scam.

Fraud is indeed a very big problem for investors and bounty hunters. And to avoid fraud, we must be careful and must look at projects that have real products. You also have to check the team behind them. And you must ensure that this is a project that is worth following.

Scams are really real. Day in, day out people are being fooled and scammed. Hence its very important to be careful when you are investing in a project. It may look attractive but may not be genuine.

It is important that we'll have an enough knowledge and wisdom on how to get rid of fraud and scams. It is hard to get out of it but we could do something to get rid of it. We should be smart enough to identify and notice if we are getting into uncertain situation. Knowledge about crypto matters.

it is very difficult  put an end to scam. Now a cheater can wrap a project into a real project. All kinds of information are true. But you can't recognize it. For now, you need to evaluate and study a project yourself. Find the association from the specific details of the project. Then decide whether the project is true and reliable.

Who is able to protect, prevent, and save from deception is yourself. To be able to do that, the main thing that must be done is to expand knowledge, and increase experience in participating in crypto. That way, we will be able to distinguish which ICO is good and not, which ICO is feasible to follow and not, and which ICO is qualified and not. Even though all of that still does not guarantee to avoid scam, but at least we have sorted well among the many existing ICOs.

Don't invest in any coin to protect yourself. When you need to buy any coin, you must know the knowledge of the coin. Otherwise, the loss is very common, and now it is a period of cryptocurrency, it is very dangerous to buy coins.

Thoroughly research any ICO before buying in. Look at the team behind the project, its white paper, the purpose of the currency, the tech behind it and the specifics of the token sale. At the end of the day you are puting your hard gained money in at risk, an everyone of us would like to minimize it.

You need to constantly check the information and not be kept on the cover of a project or coin because basically those coins that seem to be excellent for investing do not really cost anything  Grin

active in forums or groups about bounties,
this can minimize us from fraudulent actions, especially about making transactions and so on, and don't use them more.

and for account security, it would be better if we activate 2FA,
and this method proved effective to fight and fight from hacker attacks,

Being very careful, that's the only thing needed to avoid falling victim to scams, put strong and secure passwords, always double check the links where you are and do not download something that does not come from a reliable source practice is to follow the indications of windows now that I think of it

The only way to effectively protect yourself from scams in this industry is to maintain top level security in terms of your digital assets in your respective wallets. You can achieve this by getting a trezor wallet or ensuring you don't divulge your key wallet information to anyone or input it on phishing website. To protect yourself from scam projects, you need to carry out an extensive research on the project, find out about the team and also if they truly can be vetted offline. With these, you can maintain a scam free journey in the crypto space. Good luck!

I think there would be a time where we have no choice but to be scammed, sometimes we aren't aware of the website and when we enter our private key, they will going to access our accounts and take our money. The solution here is to stick with trusted wallet and always handle responsibly, your private key.

For me, to protect ourselves in a scam be wise to choose an ICO project in order by the end we can usually able to secured and by that we can earn profits. It's only our decision making and strategies how to avoid for that.

there is always only if a project must have a sense of determination, what is clear is that we now depend on the consequences of this institution that we must take care together to make large amounts of money
