Such a place should also have easy access to the Internet, Bitcoin Exchanges, maybe Bitcoin ATMs (that would be nice ).

U.S. - I'm not very sure about it - do you remember 2014? I do.
Japan is quite expensive, Korea might 'ban' bitcoin anytime.

Japan has the highest Bitcoin taxes by a mile, the US has the silliest having to log every single trade or bit of Amazon tat bought for tax purposes.

At this stage it's more about saving tax than usage. Usage everywhere is pretty sketchy.

The Netherlands has lots of Bitcoin usage, access to SEPA exchanges and capital gains on crypto is tiny, less than 2% I think. And of course Germany has none if you hold for more than a year.

I highly recommended japan, because their country economy is rich, and not just that rich in terms of money, but rich in many aspects, just like rich in smart mind, rich in discipline, rich in many terms.  U.S, and Korea is also good to go when you're bitcoiner, but japan is the best country because japan is advanced in technology among other countries.

I think Russia is the friendliest country for the bitcoins. The country's government is already trying to implement it in all areas of activity and I think this is a very good place for development in this area.

The most bitcoin friendly nation still remain the developing countries of the world, for example African countries. They neither ban nor make it legal but the uses of bitcoin is well acceptable without restriction.You can easily found a place in the major cities of these countries where you can do exchange, transact business and so on.

Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand are the countries that receive payments with bitcoin. Yes, as a Filipino I promote our country for every bitcoiner cause here in Philippines people here are very friendly  and cryptocurrency are accepted here and many blockchain conference are held in this country, and I know Filipino bitcoiner are hospitable.

I think the best place for cryptocurrency traders or investors will be japan. We all know how open is japan government  about cryptocurrency especially bitcoin.  They even approved lots of exchange this year and recognized cryptocurrency as legal means of payment or legal tender. Japan also leading the trading volume in bitcoin and there are already places in japan that accepts bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment. So I think this is a perfect place for crypto enthusiasts.

Maybe there are still many countries that have not applied tax for bitcoin users in my country for example, and my country in Indonesia even though the government is still busy with state affairs so all users still enjoy the results of their income as they search bitcoin.

I would say that the most firndly country is Swistzerland .

I have red only good things about their increased adoption of crypto.
Afterall this is their busisnes in general , they want your gold, silver , fiat and crypto also.

But there is a downside, it is bloody expensive country. So you could be better of in other EU country.

In Europe I would say this is Netherlands. They were among first countries to have positive attitude toward Bitcoin and embrace cryptocurrencies in general like something good and progressive. Along with Netherlands another good choice would be Switzerland.
Outside Europe this would be Japan that has regulated Bitcoin in very positive way and as a very technological and progressive country they are opened for many options.

The best bitcoin-friendly country maybe Japan. In Japan, people can use bitcoin publicly and even there has bitcoin ATM Booth. And South Korea, Iceland,  Switzerland are good too. Maybe India will be another one if the government accept it without regulation.
