I think that at this point you should only invest in the short term and not invest in the long term, you can see that the market is bearish in the long term so the bitcoin price will be difficult to recover strongly. And probably everything will get worse as the bitcoin prices are dropping sharply.

I make an investment depending on the price at that time, if there is a good chance to get a profit in the short term then I would choose for the short term but if the coins are not good then I would prefer long term as it will be safer

I think longterm trading is less profitable, because usually we miss a moment where a coin will reach a high value and still hold it for wanting to get bigger profits, as traders we should not be too ambitious, so we don't regret when we lose what we expect.

Bitcoin is more profitable one.It is best asset for longterm profit.Patience is the essential one,to succeed in bitcoin trading.Due to loss of patience,many people sell their bitcoin at low prices and worry about that act later.Holding is better way to escape from unwanted loss.

For me sometimes i use longterm if the bitcoin price is too low and if bitcoin price bounce up i sell immediately. I make an investment depending on the price at that time, if there is a good chance to get a profit in the short term then I would choose for the short term but if the coins are not good then I would prefer long term as it will be safer

Do you foresee what might be in long term at market? I think no. We are swimming in a sea that we can not see. So we have to be very careful.
Remember; We are in a market where there are no regulations, frauds are making money.

Yes, but before you'll make that decision you need to know what that kind of investment or token that you invest in because if you put your money in investment that you really don't know, there is a possibility to lose all your money.

Let me capture it from another angle because poor people or people with poor financial situations can not look at this investment or trading with these coins requires starting money and they do not have enough to start. There is a solution if they start with less valuable coins either Altcoin or Litecoin in order to make some profit and experience with it so that they will be able to upgrade to the Bitcoin. So for long term investment or trading source they should do with short term first.

In my own opinion, long term investment is much profitable than short term investment. Why? Because when you invest short term, you'll just earn smaller profit, because you're just aiming for profit in a short time. For example, you're fishing and you only put 2 - 3 hours in your fishing time, then you'll only get less fish, there's time that you'll get lucky, but the odds are little if you're talking about getting something big. While on the other side, if you'll put more time in fishing, you'll get more fish, and the chances of getting big is much bigger. Just like in investing.

I am bitcoin investor starting at q1 2014 and hold for long term is really worked for me. Short term investment will only work when the market condition at very bullish condition. For market like this we need long term vision and really be very carefull when we want to put our money on some project. But if this year we can comeback to $10k per bitcoin then short term investment will worked too. Long term for me is 4 years and short term is 6 month at least.

I love both. In each case, I use the short and long-term method. For potential coins, I often use long-term investment. With coins prone to price manipulation, I would use the short-term method

I still like long term investments than short term specialy daytrading is a bit risky if you dont have good skills in trading like me. In long term investmenst you have the opportunity to watch and study carefully about your profulio and choose a good price to sell all you have to do is patience.
