Short term vs. Long term investments

Both long term and short term are good for investments. Bitcoin is good for both long term and short term investments. At the same ethereum and other altcoins are good for long term investments. Always long term investments only will.give more benefits. In short term investments we cannot analyse the market moves. But in long term we have a time to analyse the market whether it will be in increase or decrease mode. According to that we can plan ti hold or sell.

No one has any idea where the market is going but over a decade, Its likely going up if history is any guide, That's the difference between long term and short term investing, Short term is unclear. Long term is historically a pretty good bet.

You have a point on that mate. As time passes by we learn a lot of experienced that we encountered here in the world of crypto currency. Well, on my opinion any of the two, both long and short tern investment it depends upon the potential of the coin that you used since their are different advocacy as well the the platforms of the coins.

I believe that at this time you should only invest in short-term bitcoin, you can see that the market is fluctuating continuously and difficult to guess, although bitcoin prices in recent days are constantly increasing and present is adjusting at $ 7700, but I think that if you can not break the $ 7800 resistance level then the bitcoin price will be able to keep going down so you should not invest long term in bitcoin.

For my own opinion, if you invested in the coin which very cheap and have the best and active team, I'll go with long term investment, because in long term investment, you just need to wait and have faith on the coin you bought.

Long term investment with the Bitcoin is more benefited for all of us and especially in current market it will be your valuable decision to proceed for Bitcoin right now.

Aside the Bitcoin there is Ethereum too which is also favorable for long term investment but its profit will be relatively lesser than that of Bitcoin. On the other hand short term investment is also benefited for us but it is continuous process and we perform it quickly with less profit.

Short term is a good way to take advantage of the short term fluctuations of the market, but the truth is that you cannot do it without any knowledge of how to trade the market effectively.

Long term investment is for those people who have no time for trading or they have no experience of crypto investment, otherwise trading is better than holding and short term investment is for crypto traders. Short-term or long-term I choose both, whichever is more profitable it depends on investment growth (crypto you buy), we know that the crypto fluctuate here we must adjust the movement markets to generate profits. Good coin? you can consider ADA, EOS, TRX or BTC and ETH, you can also see cryptos that are in ranked # 20 in coinmarketcap, actually it also depends on your strategy in investing. And remember, do not invest where you do not know the investment, research, and analysis you need.

All the things which there in the world of the crypto currencies are have their own pros and cons and that you have to make the choice according to the situation. However, I think of long term investment of the money to be much better option as this is something which can then help you in having more earning and that too without putting enough of the efforts but you have to show strong patience in that regard then.

I am bitcoin investor starting at q1 2014 and hold for long term is really worked for me. Short term investment will only work when the market condition at very bullish condition. For market like this we need long term vision and really be very carefull when we want to put our money on some project. But if this year we can comeback to $10k per bitcoin then short term investment will worked too. Long term for me is 4 years and short term is 6 month at least.

I am afraid to choose the client to your long-term hold because, in my opinion I can never predict that particular coin will live for such a long time at 4 years.

Short term trading are for veteran who has enough experience in the market and has some good strategy to trade it. It is faster to make daily porfit because most of the time it is on basis of day trader. But long term mostly are on swing trading which can last for some days to weeks and to months. There longterm will require your patient  before you reap your profit.

I think short term investment is good for making huge profits. You will have to wait for long time if you just buy and hold your coins in your wallet. If you have trading experience and skills then you can make more money in less time and there is no need to do any other work? If you have no time then trading is difficult for you. Keep your coins for long time.

Basically most people should have both forms of investments.

Most people are impatient and they want short term investments with the most revenue. However those in general are very risky. They involve investing in small cap stocks or small cap cryptos.

Long term investments could be things like the SP500 index or with Bitcoin itself. Their gains aren't as high but they are more stable and can lead to actual profit rather than most of the pump and dump cryptos and penny stocks.

The thing is that people are looking for what they can do in the short term and how they can take advantage of the fluctuations to earn more, and I really would not blame anyone for the decisions they end up making anyway since we all have a way of always doing things and as long as they realize the implications of risks involved.

You are right, because long term comes with lower risk as long as you believe in what you are holding, but for the short term, you can actually end up making more if you know how to do your thing for someone who is knowledgeable.

Both are good. but short term can give me a regular profit.so why Now I am just trying to take regular profit so why I am doing the short-term trade. trade with decent and mgo is good now for short-term profit.

In my experience both cannot be good. Because short-term investments are always risky and we cannot make big return in short-term investments whereas long-term investments are good even they are making us to wait for infinity amount of time, we may get some big returns at the end.

Primarily a long term investment should have a focus on long term profiting upon which it is good to invest on low valued assets than high value assets. In my own opinion if you're a beginner in trading and doesn't have knowledge in crypto you must choose long term investments because its easy to use just buy and hold your token in a long time. If you have experience and knowledge in trading you must choose short term investment and earn profit.

That is why you have to hold at least 15-20 tokens and Bitcoin. Trade them using both ways. Some altcoins should be held, and the others might be exchanged.

I does not matter as long as you are an investing for earning. It depends on the type of crypto currency you want to invest in. If you are planning to go for Bitcoin or ETH, keep your plans long and tall for only holding the said coins for long can bear some good money. About crypto like NEO or ripple, I would say you can have a short term investment to earn quick money and now is the best time to do that because the value of Bitcoin is on the rise.

If I think in short-term trading and investment is good and it depends on the trader's mindset and his skills that we take seriously and develop as a better trader from there. Therefore, everyone has to decide for themselves. Every investment has its advantages. The main thing is to be confident in the company where we invest.

Most of the cases, technical analysis are always strong at your end. They are amazing to give you a broader way of thinking that what are ifs and buts that must be considered before taking any decision. If you don’t know what is the reality of scene and how can you make benefit of them at right time, then you could be able to make your results stronger and safer.

Then newbie loses his money when they are rushing about crypto trading. Another one is a short-term investment, it is very risky but too many profitable so some expert always likes to short-term investment because then now short-term investment is better for long-term investment. I think the long-term investment is low risk for any kind of investment. I like a long-term investment.

For the ones who are having some other business or job, long term investment of the money is much feasible option and that this can help them in having some good earning and that too without putting enough of the efforts.
