It is valuable today as a great investing asset but not much as a currency because still bitcoin is new to the world so time plays an important role for the world to understand it's true potentials and if that happens it will be really valuable in the future

In the past and recently, there are some who say bad about bitcoin, that bitcoin has no real value, there is no guarantee of value and assumes that the price will be zero. But everyone should know that the property other things like gold, silver or even money in your pocket are valued by the trust of the people with the central bank. Some countries do not manage the currency like venezuela or zimbabwe paper money fell dramatically. To me, the value of bitcoin is trust in algorithms and trust for network consensus. The beauty thing about bitcoin is that it doesn't have any real value- but it's value is being determined by the amount that people are willing to pay for it, not like traditional currencies, that there price is being determined only by the amount of money that is backed by the government- so if the government or the organization that backs that currency stops backing it- then the currency becomes worthless.

On the other hand if we talk about an asset that is backed by the people- it's fully decentralized, so we can conclude that the fact that bitcoin is not being backed by anybody means it is not only decentralized on the technical aspect, it is also decentralized on the financial aspect.

it depend to the person on how use are bitcoin are. bitcoin price depend on the holder to make sure it keep a live. cryptocurrency need the community to life and I do believe bitcoin will sure live for a long time.

All humans are like that, infact its in vine to doubt on everything. But those invested in bitcoins and get to know more about bitcoin are know how valuable bitcoin. Myself I doubted bitcoin but I wants to invest on early stages but back than I dont had the money. But I always believe in bitcoins.
