I sent them 20 letters once, the result is always the same, one automatic letters we are very busy. But, it is not normal that they can not check half a year.

It is a pity of course that technical support is slow, but you need to look for a positive and this, the main thing is that it works at all:)

hi, thx for your reply. i did receive an automatic reply and today my account has a Verification Status of BLOCKED, but i was a verified user! @all stay away from this exchange!
How long did you go through the verification process? Time?

hi, from august to december(after3 support tickets) and the verification process took way to long on their side, imo.
Could you clarify the time frame? How long did the verification process take?

some say 12 days, but in my case it took 3-4 months, my uploaded documents were okay and i think they have forgotten my kyc request, because i have send them 3 or 4 reminders and i have received only an automated text reply. but honestly i wanted to withdraw 4+ btc and i have send an support ticket because the coins were not send after 24hrs, and now my account is blocked, i am only able to login, no balance, order history for me...
Very interesting story, but I would like to see at least some evidence.

Perhaps your situation is an elementary mistake, it happens.

man, indeed, oh bitebtc.com is down."BiteBTC is under the maintenance. Thank you for understanding." Huh

In the afternoon I tried to loggin to BiteBTC website and indeed, it was a message and website didn't work. Now I have successfully logged into my account and no problems. You can check it. Likely to exchange something updated or eliminated any problems. I can't know. The main thing for me is that i can continue to use the exchange.

Hello. Today, after performing maintenance on the BiteBTC exchange (the site did not work), I tried to log in to my account, but the system issued a request to enter 2FA code. I have not activated this authentication !!! , respectively, I can not specify the 2FA code and can not access my coins. How could this happen?

The same thing happened to me. Also, before being worried about my account being deleted, I have been waiting for a USD withdrawal to be processed for more than 10 days.

Received the same message. I even forgot that I have registered on this shady exchange. At this point I don't trust them anymore, there's a plenty of good exchange out there, don't want to risk my money on this exchange. I suggest you do the same.

I also made a request to withdraw funds 10 days ago. Request not processed. And today I saw that my account was deleted. But smart screenshots.

Unfortunately, most users of the exchange (and I among them) start reading reviews when the problem has already happened. Almost all exchanges have negative characteristics, if you are guided by them, then you should not work with cryptocurrencies at all. The main indicator that I take into account when choosing an exchange is a rating (for example in CoinMarketCap), and with a rating from BiteBTC everything is fine. How can fraudsters (BiteBTC) have such a large daily turnover? Who is trading? How to get your money back? This exchange (BiteBTC) set a high commission for withdrawal of funds and not a small one for trading, I thought that they earn enough fair work and would not steal traders' money.
