I assume you need to contact the exchange's technical support. Usually, Technical support responds with a pause of 10-24 hours. |

Wait-this is a losing strategy, you need to act like that and fill up technical support letters. I sent them 20 letters once, the result is always the same,one automatic letters we are very busy.But, it is not normal that they can not check half a year. |
