ETH or EOS? which coin will survive?

What are the +/- for each one and Why will this one survive?
Maybe there is something that you see and other don't

These two coins, ETH and EOS are already very stable coins and as such I expect them both tom last forever in the cryptocurrency market.

Well, they are unstable these coins if you look at other assets , but of course they have a great prospect , and I think it's worth buying at the moment , but for investors of course the EOS is interesting

For some reason I am sure that I will survive and both,both have huge potential that the Ethereum now from last prices fell in times 11-12 in the negative,that the EOS is not very diananda coin,she had its disadvantages,but I think it's all correct,so they both will cost good money,and it's not far off

I think both of them will survive and be on top positions. The only question is which of these coins has more prospects. The EOS can grow in price strongly, but Ethereum I think is a good coin and relatively stable if viewed as a cryptocurrency.

ETH, so many tokens are based on ERC20.

Yeah, and unfortunately more than 95% of them will die with SEC's approach. Maybe even more. SEC has started their crusade against malicious ICOs, so even ethereum is in danger at the moment. So that's why the lack of ICOs at EOS platform could be helpful (for EOS ofc) in this case.

Of course a lot of coins will die, like all the coins in the market, but you need to choose good coins they can give good money, and of course cleaning the market very well would help

from what I see ETH and EOS have great potential but ETH is superior in building projects and prices. surely all coins have advantages and disadvantages, because now only market problems are obstacles to the development of all coins. Don't worry about the future of ETH and EOS.

many parties say that the future of eos is getting brighter and more and more interested. but a little different from me.
I am more confident about the future of Etherum, even though the price is down now, but I believe that in the coming months the price of etherum will improve again and will return to the 2nd position in the coinmarket

Both coin are well demanding and performing very good in the crypto market. And Eos have less chance to overcome the eth in the crypto race but anything may happen here if we see the current situation of the ETH but still ethereum have more potential to cover up the loss and reputation which it loss in last years.

EOS growth at the end of this year has increased significantly, its growth is quite disturbing and threatening the position of ethereum to be shifted. Because both coins have succeeded in achieving achievements by getting a lot of support and enthusiasm from ICO management, investors, and also the community. It's hard to decide but i will go to ethereum because ethereum founder Vitalik Buletin plans to have ethereum 2.0 version that have a great updates on ethereum but on Eos it is a good altcoins and have a future also.

I have some from both, its natural that I believe that both will survive and rise in value one day in the future. Thanks Abiky for nice explanation about some of the differences between eth and eos, main thing is that they can coexist and both have or can have promising future, I bet on that, that`s why I have some money on that, waiting for the future. As for me, I'm investing in both cryptocurrencies for the long term, because they have potential to transform our society in many ways that were never thought possible. While EOS is centralized, it could have its specific use cases that are not possible with decentralized cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum or Bitcoin. The centralization of EOS makes possible the near-instant speed of transactions and zero-fees. This is ideal for mainstream businesses to adopt for their own benefit, as it will enable them to quickly send/receive transactions in the most convenient way possible.

However, in terms of security/reliability, Ethereum is still the winner. Businesses or corporations which are considering a secure blockchain for their smart contracts (without caring about high fees or slow speeds) would use Ethereum for their own benefit. The large number of developers working on both platforms (EOS and ETH) shows that there's enthusiasm towards bringing smart contracts to the mainstream world.

Nonetheless, I do believe that both EOS and ETH will not only survive for a long time, but they'll rise in price according to their demand for the interaction of dApps and/or Tokens within the mainstream world.

Agree. ETH may have greater popularity than EOS, simply because it's been on the crypto space for quite some time. EOS just launched in summer last year, so it's been only a couple of months since its inception. It would need to gather a wealth of individuals, talented developers, and businesses worldwide to become as successful as Ethereum in the future. The technology is there to provide high performance smart contracts at the lowest cost possible. This is not possible with ETH, which means that EOS has quite an advantage over it.

As time passes by, both blockchains will be battle-tested to determine which is the best in terms of scalability, security, and reliability. Even so, I believe that both EOS and ETH will survive because they have their unique visions and purposes in real life. Whereas EOS can be used for massive scalability beneficial to businesses worldwide, ETH can be used for safe and secure smart contracts. Which means, that it'll be quite impossible for any of these platforms to die anytime soon. Just my thoughts

I think that it is possible to talk for a very long time about what functions and opportunities give the platforms ethereum and EOS separately. But if you look at the rating of the end-market, then at the price and capitalization you cannot keep up with ethereum.
