Hahaha, sorry bruh, but it is normal to experience this as a bounty hunter. Sometimes the project is not a scam, but developers find it difficult to still pay bounty participants. Bounty hunters now tend to say shit about your project when you fail to pay them. I entreat devs to pay hunters as they promise. Bruh, don't give up, keep working hard.

Airdrops - You get token for free like thousands of others, when it get listed all will dump so you will only get few pennies.
ICO - most of the ICO that also distribute token in airdrop/bounty also face similar problem
Telegram airdrop groups - They promote some ICO that first airdrop coin and than collect money from same persons in their ICO promising high bonus tokens but they will quickly turn into scam.

Never trust/promote/invest in any ICO without understanding what they are actually doing.

You made the first mistake by not paying proper attention to the project you are joining and rather than using your valuable time to select quality projects with products, you were busy using all those times to want to pack up as much as possible different altcoins including shit ones and now you are thinking of giving up.

My advise is for you to see what you have not been doing right and make amendment and in this case, try to do some little research on the project so it can be worth your time. Getting a quick glimpse about the authenticity of a real project should not take you hours.

I recommend you not to give up. Crypto is really volatile. We all know that the price are not stable thats why its becoming hard for us when the market is falling down and our holdings are being reduced not actually the token itself but the price of it. Airdrops is no longer profitable as compare to last year. Now, there are a lot of fake and scam projects so airdrops are completely useless and no value. But I still remember last year wherein airdrops are really profitable regardless of your rank. So its really better to research first the project that you are promoting so that you will not get frustrated at the end. But give up now? I don't think so, there are a lot of opportunities out there, you just need to used your common sense and do your homework so that your effort will not be wasted.

I also experience same scenario with yours,I've been scammed many times no matter how i try to do research if the project is legitimate,but there are really projects thats really looking legit that could attract investors to invest in their platforms but at the end of the day we will end up empty handed wasting our time and efforts,but I don't see any reason on giving up mate,everthing in this community is all about luck.Bounties are the best way to earn profit without money invested in it,so we just need to take every opportunity in joining bounties and time will come we can reap what we sow.

Just don't think it's worth it after being in the industry for this long and withstanding all the shortcomings that came by it. You are matured in this platform so Airdrops and bounties are not supporting. In crypto market number bounties are comes in the market but few projects only successfully survive in the world. Ao before participate read the OP post then only you will find the promising project and white paper and developing team also must to read on every project. So you should follow my way you will never choose the worst project and Airdrops are hard to predict so better avoid these things.

The idea of giving up can be considered in the sentimental and emotional aspect. We must let go of old beliefs in the crypto world to move on without frustration and great loss. One should always consider the degree of risk if we are into this kind business investment or into campaign, The things that everybody would take before joining is to carefully check the legitimacy of such Campaign, fundamentals, market structure, road map. marketing... a lot of Scammer or fake campaign on the treed, so, we should be more careful and do our homework.

Giving up shouldn't even be an option for any of us. Yes it can be disappointing not getting paid for the work we did. But that's just part of the whole cryptosystem. Nothing is definite here which is why we should be vigilant in choosing our projects. Risk is everywhere! We just need to learn to come up with a way to work around it so to increase our chances of earning profit. Frustration can definitely get a hold of you. But everything is manageable. You just need to be a little more optimistic.
