Dear Devs,

I live in Thailand which allows me a very short and cheap flight to Vietnam. If you truly have a connection with Nguyễn Hà Đông (Dong Nguyen) please hook me up. I will personally show him how to integrate his game with FLAP!

Thanks,
Dan

Didn't that guy say he pulled the game off the shelves because he felt guilty that people were playing it too much and wasting time though?

He pulled the game of, because he didnt want to be famous and have money.. its not good when people talk about you and your money there, it seems.

Great atitude dude.

He is considering bringing it back...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/03/11/flappy-bird-creator_n_4943874.html

Depending on how FLAP is integrated with his app he could be set up with a nice percentage of the transactions. He probably knows little about crypto-world and has no knowledge how to exchange FLAP to BTC to USD to VND (Vietnamese Dong)...

...that's where we come in!

I check this thread hourly while I'm awake... just noticed that the original dev has not made a post for 9 days now... I think the coin is a joke to the dev...  so wish I could take over his absent role and make this coin work with active dev participation!

Dev support on this coin is so lame... would love to support this coin... but with ZERO word from Dev in 9 days it's fruitless to support this coin. I'll still hold my wallet for a possible pump/dump in the future... you lost me, moving on... goodbye! Smiley

no dev = f@#king joke

Some progress made on http://flappyapi.com. The following public API requests are available:

http://flappyapi.com/currentblock
http://flappyapi.com/nethash
http://flappyapi.com/difficulty

No big deal really.. but I'm now positioned to create something useful for this coin.

FlappyAPI v1 Documentation: http://flappyapi.com/api

Currently holding off on further development of user wallets and private API requests (for integration with merchant sites, online games and mobile apps) until some sort of indication the developers of this coin are still on board.

[EDIT] Will continue to work on this for FLAP as I can easily port this work over to another coin with more active devs. I'll just think of FLAP as a testing environment and I'm lucky to have over 100 million test coins! Wink

Hey I very like your work for Flappy Api!

it is great that you are doing upgrades/updates!

Keep it up! Cheers!

Well the website is back up now, so thats a good thing.
Maybe the dev's are just working hard behind the scenes.
I mean if they really want to implement a game that is working with the blockchain that would be hard i think.
And they shouldn't bring any news out about that, because then if it wont work they brought everyones hopes up.
Still trust in flappy

Thanks...  as a coder I've learned a lot about how online wallets, exchanges, etc. are built upon the bitcoin/litecoin wallets. I've wasted a lot of BTC on FLAP but picked up some programming knowledge in the process... education PAID!

You people are totally not getting the big idea behind crypto. Last few comments are everything that is the death of crypto.

Nop, dev not responding + people buying at 2 and selling at 1 is the dead of any coin.

Also Multipools are hurting us bad.

The multipools are only mining the high reward blocks, that is how they can sell them dirt cheap.  The low reward blocks are left for the masses.  "Random" reward blocks are not random and any coin that doesn't switch to fixed block rewards pretty much deserves to die on the LTC market.

Well, didn't doge implement a fix for this? I haven't checked up on it yet so I don't know how well it is working out for them thus far, but if it does then couldn't flappy implement it as well?

Ok. Lets face the truth.

Dev abandonded flappy. We have to make progress by ourself.
I own 75 mio flappy, bought at 2 and 4 sat. The best thing to do now, is making this coin attractive for a pump and dump. Remove all your sell orders, except the very low ones at 1 and 2 satoshi.

A lot of people are losing their money. Is there a way to contact Dong Nguyen by ourself and get his official permission for the logo? This would bring a lot media interest.

We need to get removed from cryptsy and fix the multipool.

I'm sure the cryptsy thing will happen shortly. I agree that the time to be proactive is now. Are there any Vietnamese speakers monitoring the thread? An email in Dong's native language is going to be more likely to gain a result than the dodgy google translate efforts!

http://www.coinwarz.com/miningprofitability/litecoin

Flappy would actually be really attractive to mine if it could be sold for 1 satoshi.

I pm'ed the dev but no response.  It would be good if he just sold http://flappycoin.info/flap-media to someone.

A lot of the groundwork has been done already, it wouldn't take that much to get it going again....
