I think this is most difficult thing in the world. When you learn how to be contented on what  you have, then everything will be fine. Mostly people join crypto field just to get success in a short cut. There are some individuals who got huge profit in limited time but it does not goes well with everyone.

You can take advantage if you have a good  idea where would be the bottom of this current downfall, if you assess and correctly place your entry while the market still falling and bounce back happen right away then you will earned a lot, it's better to gain even in a little profits and be contented than losing or being trapped holding your assets.

I think it's true that you should be contented in what you have because if you don't you might have a chance to lose the things that you already have, so even you only got a few earnings today better have the patience to wait because maybe one day you might triple or gain more earnings in cryptocurrency or other things.

Very much agreed, if you aren't happy it's not the end yet. For instance, I have PRG on my portfolio. I could have sold it at $0.2 but I held it and now it's going up. Crypto takes time.
