I mean, let's say, if you always get some feedback, it is much easier to evaluate how audience loves your product in general, what are your strengthens and weaknesses etc. Thus, this may help in future sale system management and even product design. What do you think of it?
Hmm, haven't thought of that before, but looks like this may be truly so.. The more you evaluate, the more efficient you perform, that's true anyway!

Exactly. Quality of Service and sales are indeed connected. I'd venture to say that's the whole point of investing in QoS for many companies out there. They are not dealing with any form of "feedback" with Stacktical, even though they are really improving CSAT or NPS KPIs, they don't have plans to gather these feedbacks at this stage

And I appreciate that they are focusing on direct things first

Well, they like to plan several steps ahead but realistically, facilitating the negotiation and enforcement of SLA is their core area of focus and they do amazing in this field

Well, to start with, I'd say that they are stepping onto a growing $9B market

And have you also known that Stacktical is the 1st platform to ever provide true SLA as a Service?

Nope, I haven't! Are they? By the way, are there any competitors?

As you probably know, they are a B2B company, in competition with three types of tools for the main part: application/network monitoring tools, service desks and service level management platforms. New Relic, Jira Service Desk and ServiceNow would be good example of successful companies in the space...

But what makes Stacktical unique? Are they the first to bring everything together?

Well, rather than building yet another customer support ticketing tool, they remove the need for a consumer to interact with customer support in compensation claims scenarios. There is no other product on the market doing that. Other than this fundamental claimless and ticketless benefit for consumers, as the only blockchain-based product of its kind, Stacktical also makes it easier for online service providers to offer provably trustworthy reliability guarantees to demanding consumers, and better manage their expectations

Looks like Stacktical redesigned the approach to SLAs and I am pretty sure they are coming with the most advanced solution that will help all the companies get high profits

Hello sir. What is the question?
What do you think about artificial intelligence? Is there a place for it in Stacktical ecosystem? What do you think?

Hmm, interesting question, I do not know for sure, but I believe they are well on their way to using AI to increase the accuracy of scalability predictions.. Cause you know, there definitely is a place for AI in Stacktical...

This is promising anyway, I mean the usage of AI. Talking about optimization of the whole ecosystem - faster implementation in future, faster adoption, faster reaction

Exactly, you got the point But is AI already being implemented anywhere or just taken into consideration as a thing to look for in future?
