It's unlikely that Cryptopia (or any other exchange for that matter) will list most refugees from Cryptsy where voting for just one coin per week (or month) is concerned.  I'd be very reluctant to pay to list a coin either.  Bluetrade lost a lot of players when they started removing coins that had been paid to list in the first place.
