the reality that I often experience, because that need the accuracy in choosing a project. with so many projects this is difficult, but choosing a project that has achieved softcap is an best option from joining the pre sale for example. but still see the whole project, it is appropriate or not to be supported and then looking on  thread Scam Accusations maybe can help to choose.

You have to choose the bounty that has a good and reliable manager. If you are feeling depressed that your efforts were wasted that's the other side of bounties.
If they aren't able to reach their soft/hard cap they will never pay your efforts so if you want to get paid with the bounty you are joining. Just choose the bounty that has an experienced bounty manager and assures the participants to get paid.

Then how to choose a good and reliable manager?
And for manager, how to choose a reliable ICO project?

Well, firstly, after 3-4 months as a rule only the company going, and after they still believe, and I think it may take from 1 week to half a year till you get your tokens,do say that the bounty is nakopitelny work, and plus to all this the fact that you need to know what to do,as there is too much slag,it is necessary to choose, and a lot of money out of it for the signature!

Yes, 3-4 months is normal for a bounty , but the fact that you have not received with bountyhive is of course normally there a lot of scams on the site , but I think in the future soon normalize payments

I know the feeling. I have been frustrated by several projects who jumped ship after so many promises. The most annoying thing is, they make you participate in their bounty with so much strict conditions and the end of the day, it's a fail project and you bear the burden and depression. It's best to participate in post ico bounties. With those, you are guaranteed of at least earning some thing in return.

I realized that this year the participants of the companies of generosity earned little money, now it is more profitable to engage in trade or video, articles bring more income.

This is sadly quite common now, the large number of ICOs means that many will not reach the softcap. I am thinking that bounties are not really worth the effort any more, day trading is a better use of crypto time

Please give up the bounty. Future bounty will disappear. You don't have to waste time. Learning to trade is a wise investor. Bounty or coin value is too rare.

similar stuff has happened to me also, and in some cases I worked for translation bounty and believe me.... it is hard to get nothing in the end...
I've also tried centralized bounty places like bountyhive, but those guys are worthless, they do not guarantee anything and in the end they are much less transparent than BTT regular bounties... they control everything and you just have to trust .... (reminds me of the problems that brought me to crypto and blockchain)
I started being more and more selective...but it is really hard, I think that in some cases it is pure luck ... for example I have worked 26weeks for bitschool and in the end it failed... and it was a really nice project...
there are also the cases in which they pay you but the coins will forever be worthless
The ICO market need a refresh button... now I'm only doing 2 bounties and crossing my fingers Grin

This is the hard truth about bounty campaigns especially this year 2018, bounty hunters were not get paid either the ICO is a scam or didn't reach the soft cap. This might be due to the down market. Some say that regulations might change the way investors looking at the ICOs.
It's because there's no strong rules for this, the community remains uncontrolled and the cheaters remains unpunished except the red tag they got.
However it's inevitable to say that the market that currently on its downtrend seeing the investment peolpe bring are going down this year.

not only on this community but also on other reputable sites that is related to crypto i noticed that they arent also filtering the scam from the legit one's . i guess that is part of the game , scammers do also earn this way and there is nothing we can do about it aside from depending on our luck when joining a bounty/ico  .

@op you arent alone because we also experienced that .  me myself do love to join several bounties and airdrops at the  same time but i dont really expect that all of them were going to paid me . sometimes limiting our expectations is the best thing to do in order to avoid disapointment .

I have a similar situation. I have participated in 40 projects since the beginning of March, and guess how many projects paid me a reward? 6. Just 6 projects.

Now many companies are delaying payments to bounty hunters. Probably waiting for a market reversal. It is foolish to believe that bounty hunters are able to bring down the rate. Most likely, this is done by early investors.

I hope so, but there is a flip side, the market may not turn around, which means the longer they wait the less chance that the project will survive at all. It remains to hope that the teams of these projects know what they are doing.

I'm very used to this situation. I haven't been able to make money with bounty awards for quite a long time. The majority of the campaigns you participate in result in failure. Sometimes token distribution is happening but those tokens are not listed in any exchange Smiley
