Yes it is changing but I always say to people that predicting the market these days looks somehow. However everyone is speculating the same thing including me. I believe this is may be the last bear and bull run till fourth quarter of the year. I think people arr mistaking a recovery period here for a bull run. What's happening right now is likely to be a market recovery and soon there will be corrections again. A bull run is what happened last december.
