RAT4 was the original Blackcoin developer...he is now the Blacknet dev ( a good one too, works hard)....as far as I am aware the has been no scam...its all too easy to label someone a scammer without any evidence.

If all 77 000 000 BLK burned with same bonus, then 1 BLK = 12.98701298 BLN
If only 10 000 000 then 1 BLK = 100 BLN
