the front end is down, but my miners are still connected and accepting shares. I assume as long as my miners are doing that, I'm still producing regardless of whether or not the site is down.

The front end looks up to me.  I can check my stats, everything seems working.   20+ gh/s right now on the pool if the starts are to be believed.

i just downloaded the new wallet , do i need to keep the old blackcoin folder in appdata or do i have to resync the wallet with my old wallet?

That my friends it is called market manipulation!!!

Cryptorush halted the Blackcoin Market and blocked any transactions to do their inside job on the orders!!!

Basically we can't see any coins in our balance because they are playing with our coins that are with open orders and now they are claiming that they need to update the wallet but are waiting for Cryptorush Dev's to wake up (come online).

Another joy day at Cryptorush!!! Last one I had so much fun to watch was the Zeitcoin responsability shakeoff from Cryptorush to Zeitcoin team and vice-versa and we are stll sucking on our thumb waiting for the coins

I have seen dozens of pumps and dumps, and markets manipulated in both directions. I have never seen anyone take the value up that much in one trade, that doesn't make sense. This order seems legit: for Mar 24, 2014, 5:35 am EDT   Bought from Seller   1,000.00000000   0.00050000    0.50000000.

I think everyone selling on Mintpal should start testing higher sell walls, there might be buyers willing to pay.

NO ONE has Blackcoins in their balance even if you see the numbers. Some see it, others don't. The market is halted!!!

BECAUSE they are the ones doing it!!!

I have seen this particular issues (from the screencap) multiple times on CR as well - none of them trying to sell BC.  When this happened, I backed out some coins (or partial coins ) from my sale and it went through.  It seems like when you try to sell your whole balance sometimes it doesn't seem to correctly account for fees so it tells you you do not have enough to cover the sale.

I'm not saying that this is the only issue with selling BC on CR right now.  I'm just sharing previous experience and a possible solution...

CR isnt inside trading they are updating wallet, The only one thats been trading without a hitch is mintpal. This is one healthy coin, multipools seem to have took 10 satoshi off doge last night.

Newbie question: what is the advantage of p2p multipool over traditionnal multipool (and p2p pool over traditionnal pool, by the way)

The advantage is you get the entire P2P network of hash rate. The DOGE network for example is at ~1.7 GH/s. When the network finds a block, all the nodes that are mining on it get paid out. It's essentially the entire network solo-mining together. In the long-run, you do make more if you run own P2P node and mine on it (provided you have sufficient hash power) than mining that same coin at a pool because of your own near zero DOA rate, 1% (or less) fee, and "100% up time" in that if you have an internet connection, you are mining.

The disadvantage of P2P is that it requires over 1 MH/s to really be effective on it. And it is also very location dependent. But more will be getting set up so those in the EU, Australia, and etc have nodes they can failover to without the high DOA rates. But that's a week+ down the line. Right now I need to figure out why my payout scripts are stopping 3/4 of the way through having me to go process the rest manually. P2Pool as also has a "ramp up" period that turns off a lot of miners. I don't quite understand it, but you don't start getting your full payouts until 6-24 hours after you start, but in the end when you stop mining completely, you get this ramp down period of payouts that make up for the initial ramp up period.
