Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I don't post much but for the record I helped with the CoinKite funds, bought a BC card (when 500BC was $20!), tested the USD markets by selling 5000BC (bought back in of course!), paid into a collaborative mining fund and so on. Little things, as I have not a huge amount of time to devote to BC or crypto in general but over all I consider everyone here, on Reddit, Twitter, on IRC, anywhere where BC'ers discuss stuff as the 'team'. I think Gritt needs to cool it with marking anything as 'official'. There's plenty of us here to take an 'official' stance if we wanted to.
Anyway, onwards and upwards!

It is far easier there to work together on specific projects to build value in Blackcoin.
