I 'm not sure keeping the IPO open after the coin has been released is a good idea unless you set a limit on how much can be invested.

I agree too, and investors before launch take more risk. Or make two stage of IPO with more percent in first stage before launch and a second after launch.
Hello GPUcoin. I just noticed he IPO deadline has been extended until March 7th (after the launch). How will you determine how many gpucoins each of the early investors get? or will we not receive the coins until March 7th? Thank you.
Sorry all, that was a very tired mistake. IPO wasn't consistent across all the sites and was updated to the wrong date. Thanks for the heads up, and the mistake has been fixed. |

Did you perhaps see that the site you just posted was Australian? They don't even offer international shipping. The American market is in a much different state of affairs; there are major back orders every where and the prices are overly inflated. |

You can find them pretty much everywhere in Europe @ MSRP. That's at least $100 cheaper than your prices.
Please post some sites so I can do more research. When I was searching through European sites I couldn't find anything. |

While I can understand your frustration over making a bad investment, not all coins are the same. I would greatly appreciate it if you wouldn't go around blindly stating that every alt-coin is a scam. I already answered to this same worry before. We will make profit from every single GPU sale, even at our relatively low pricing, since we have distributor pricing. It is in our best interest to keep the coin alive and make long term sales profits. After contacting several manufacturers we have found that we can only buy directly from them once we turn a certain amount of sales per month. Once we hit that point we can drop our prices even further to hopefully MSRP, but they refused to tell us their pricing so no promises, cutting out all the middle men entirely to save the customers even more money.

We paid paid our Dev (Hazard on the forums, person who runs CryptoLife.net) and have an image in previous posts of the client running. We also stand to make more long term sales profits than any amount of IPO. Our IPO is actually going to be used to purchase GPUs from our distributor, not to mention we have an LLC in the state of Virginia which is public records and you could easily look up our business address. My picture (CEO) is public and so is my name, both available on gpucoin.net. I see no reason why I would "scam" any sort of money and put myself at risk. If you have any real questions I can answer, not just "how not scam", I would be happy to answer. |

Hopefully we will have hundreds, but it seems that all the scam coins are putting people on edge about investing. No matter what amount we can carry, we will keep re-investing the funds made into new stock. |

If any issues arise he will be taking care of them, for a nominal fee, which will come out of my pocket directly just as the initial development costs did. |

This will be an eventuality, but we need to focus on only one aspect in the beginning. We are also in development of a modular 6 GPU rack made of aluminum so people don't have to make egg crate rigs any more. For the grand opening, just GPUs. |
