this sucks when i invested as IPO  it said this would be a scrypt coin :s  im using a lot of 6950's with 450khs+ but they only do 150 khs on n scrypt  this is not fair =(

How is it not fair?  Everybody gets a lower hashrate on scrypt-n.  It's all proportional, and you'll get the same percentage of network hashrate either way.

or

Newegg sells far overpriced because of miners' demand, not because the cards themselves have that price.
If you buy from outside USA the prices are MSRP or slightly above.

For those having low rates with 280x try this ---> +300Kh/s each R9 280x just put gpu engine to 1160 and gpu memclock to 1775  (+320kh/s for me)
