I think everyone should calm down and give the developers some time to make sure everything is in order. It is only 13 minutes after the time they said they would launch. Even 1 hour after is a reasonable amount of time considering the complexities of launching a new coin successfully.

I have nothing against IPOs, just don't understand why people have to pay PRIOR to launches...
