Maybe thry have effect to increase the price. But the most reason I think it's because of the market  recover which is the investor buy more bitcoin and old investor purchase again and many partnership will come and advertise bitcoin . The important in here is the market recover and nothing to be worry now.

Personally, I believe the market has not really recovered from the bear because we can still see that there is fluctuation in price of this coin that rise and this is because they are getting very strong support and I believe in a couple of month or before the year ends, the market will recover fully, lets just be more patient.

The whole of altcoins are still not recovered but the bitcoin is the only one that has been getting recover from the dip price. In fact all of the good news are related to the bitcoin and there was a little percentage of the latest news that give a positive impact to the altcoin. I guess until the bitcoin will have done with its bullish trend and the altcoin price will remain the same.

many experts say that only demand for Bitcoin will be able to restore the market and return prices to Bitcoin at last year's level. But I doubt very much, in the prospects of such a development of events. After all, if Bitcoin rises to 20,000 dollars, who will buy it then?

i personally think the market is rising but still not a good chance to follow FOMO, it can be very dangerous, BTC and others altcoins are rising unstable, BTC is rising very weak and it can easily be dumped in just a short time, so i guess we should very careful before investing, slowly but not all of our money, ther market can be very far from full recover.

As I observed, we cannot conclude if the market has recovered already. Any speculation about market situation are not new to us, as we all know that no matter how market goes down because of its volatile nature it will bounce back and recover. Im hoping that this is not just a bull trap.

I think market is not yet recovered since when you observe the market some of it are still down. We cannot say this period of time if it is truly can maintain the price. Yet I am confident price can fully recover this year or any months may come.
