Please explain. OTP no longer being accepted, or are you unable to genereate OTP token (cause you lost the device & backup codes)?

In my case MPH no longer accepts my OTPs. Error

Code:

'Invalid OTP. 8 attempts remaining. Sync OTP device's time if it's not correct. If you used valid OTP code just before, please wait few seconds and input next OTP code.'

I had to reqeust OTP reset :-(

Hey guys I've been having problems mining eth for about 2 days now! I am using phoenix miner and it was working flawlessly with miningpoolhub for over a year! Now suddenly 2 days ago i noticed that i cant submit ANY shares to the pool! The pool disconnects whenever the miner sends a share! This is in the logs: "GPU1 Unable to submit ethash share - pool disconnected".
I haven't changed anything on my end! Today I actually made 2 accounts on 2 different pools just to test and i can mine just fine there!!
Does anybody have the same problem? Any clue as to what i should do?

US server and Europe server seem to be down.  Asia is still up.  I had to switch to it to get connection.

Hello,

I need your help. My config runs (again) a few months now and had daily returns mining eth. I haven't changed anything and form this morning I get the error from PhonixMiner 5.5.c (nothing changed!) "unable to authorize worker xyz" but the worker xyzzy does exist at mininigpoolhub and as said: nothing changed.

PhoenixMiner 5.5c for months now, very stable and none errors until 5 o'clock today.

mostly 1 day no hashrate

some are connected and mining i see other can't connect or can't submit share

then my hashrate on pool is 0mh  even some are mining, looks like i earn nothing just wasting electricity

i email them last night but looks like no body cares

I changed over to ETHMINER.EXE as it seems that Phoenix miner might be out of DAG??

nope the pool has probleme   nothing to do with dag

same probleme on etc and exp

i earn nothing even some miners are mining
i also add asia as 3rd pool and switch to that

I sent a mail to contact@miningpoolhub.com 8 hours ago telling us-east & europe were not working, no reply so far... didn't see asia was working, switched to another pool, it will provide me a comparison...

I am using Asia server for 14 hours now and i haven't even earned the half eth of that i used to earn in the US server.

Edit : I switched back to the us-east server to check if the problem is fixed. It seems to be working and submitting shares.

There was the AWS network connectivity infra issue(ETH: Europe, us-east servers only) and the issue resolved.
You can mine as usual.
We will improve our server and make sure to prevent the recurrence of it.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Is the minimum withdrawal for BTC the same for auto exchange? had around £25 worth of BTC on MPH for about 2 years (it was like 2 quid back in 2018), I tried to AE to something else that's cheaper to move and its been stuck in the AE wallet for days.

I have checked the exchanges for the pair I'm after and volume is more than enough (its over a 100 btc in 24 hours)

no there is mostly no minimum for auto exchange, what coins did you auto exchange too ? maybe it s a not much used coin

most popular coins are auto exchange after few hours, if it did not auto exchange, check if that coin is enable in auto exchange and if available (some are not)

Trying to exchange around £25 in BTC and £7 in LTC to Ravencoin. That way I only end up paying 1 withdrawal fee rather than a fee for the LTC and a fee for the rest.

EDIT: Taken the LTC out as its taking forever to Auto exchange, just the BTC left now, not enough to withdraw on its own and still stuck in the auto exchange wallet.

maybe  auto exchange to ravecoin don't work well

did you try an other one? etc or dgb  have small fee and i m sure they work

Mining ETH and auto-exchanging to BTC, I notice it's usually about every 2 hours it would auto-exchange (looking at BTC transaction logs in MPH).  As of now (5/14/2021 22:34:42 UTC), the last transaction was 13:07:47 UTC.

Looks like 9 hours without any activity.  Does anyone know if something is going on?

Looking at ETH's transaction logs, there's still debit activity recently going to the auto-exchange.
