why are you now joining cryptocurrency, where were you in 2009?

In the past, BTC was kind of "nerdy money" and wasn't taken seriously by anyone at all. As the time passed, it was spotted by more people (just like me- I was broke, so I gave it a shot ) and suddenly, we have reached the point when people can not ignore its positives. At the moment, it is just about delivering the product that would be able to make even the most common things in our lives more sophistically. This has to be the main goal of any company that is joining this space: working product will not only make crypto attractive and luxurious, but the founders will be probably very rich as well. There will be many obstacles ahead of everyone in this journey, but if developers will make it properly, they are making their chances of being at the top only higher. Small steps, sleepless nights, endless effort- but the reward will be worth it!

I first heard of bitcoin when it was accepted for online payments in certain places but I never knew anything about it other than it was digital money and I didn't really understand the difference. Then around 2012-2013 my close friend kept talking about it and I still didn't listen to him properly and now he has over 100 BTC and has probably lost more through trading than I could ever own at the current prices. I first heard of it during the FBI raid to that darkweb store that was selling drugs and other illegal stuff. Silkroads I believe the name was, and this was around 2013. But Unfortunately I wasn't really familiar with the whole concept of investing, so didn't really looked into it as something that could potentially make money. Or something that could rise in value. That lack of knowledge. I wish I knew.

Most of us here never believed cryptocurrency will come this far when btc was launched. We would have rubbished any idea to join cryptocurrency at that time.Now some of us are a bit late but we are still better off than those who will inevitably join some years to come.So we have generational thinkers,kudos to those who started the fight earlier and brought the industry this far.

I just knew cryptocurrency last year and got curious how someone earn from it. On 2009, we don't have enough internet connection at home and cryptocurrency is pretty rare to be heard of. I had no idea that there was such a thing as cryptos in 2009, I think it was the computer geeks who knew about it at that time and also the people who were trying to hide all of their transactions. It wasn't until the silk road bust that I started to realize that there was such a thing as cryptocurrencies which people used on=line to carry out transactions and pay for stuff.
