I did the slow way, pay by bank check, for 1 unit, and there was a long pause.
It was so long I had thought about cancelling and ordering from another place (I placed my order last Saturday 3/1).
Prices had gone up, prices went down, but my price, the price I had ordered at Zoomhash honored.
It was only one unit, a speckle of dust in the throw, plus ordering by check, you know as a vendor, you never know.
But as soon as the funds did clear, it was as if flown by night to my backdoor dear. "On its way" does not describe its delivery method, for it is travelling at the speed of light to exactly your front door!
And it works exactly as it was imposed, not a glitch not a night I had to spend making it work as I had supposed.
Instead it turns out it worked without a hitch. And at 7 watt per 1/3 a megapitch*, Im not sure theres room for anyone who would bitch.

got my first one working in 30 mins on my Pi, been chugging along all evening like a champ. I ordered 5 more and will be following up with enough to replace my gpu farm. Definitely giving zoomhash all of my business.

If you paid with BitPay, your wallet will have a transaction ID. You should PM that to Zoomhash and he should be able to update your invoice or give you a tracking number.

I bought my 10 units from ZoomHash on Sunday Night / Early Monday morning (March 3rd) with BitPay. The next day FedEx got the package info and the day after it left SHENZHEN China (March 5th). It arrived in US Customs in Alaska the next day and left Alaska that same day to arrive in the INDIANAPOLIS sorting facility the next morning. After a few other sorting facilities, it finally arrived in Texas today (March 8th). Of course when I called FedEx to see if the package will be delivered today, they said it was in a locked container because it went through customs and can only be opened by a certain person who is there Monday to Friday only. So looks like I have a few days to get my hashing room setup and ready for the miners.
All said, a week to be delivered from China is a miracle. I've ordered many items from Overseas (Taiwan, Japan, China, India, etc...) and this is BY FAR the quickest I've received anything from outside of the US.
I would suggest that ZoomHash states that only the SINGLE units are shipped from Cali and that all the rest is shipped from China. I only found it out by reading this thread a day or 2 AFTER I paid. So it should also be stated on his website.

My unit that arrived today runs well but seems to be getting about 23hw per 14hr. The other unit works fine. Any suggestions? I run them both on cgmine with 850mhz.

What PSU are you using? What is the reported speed of the units? |

I'm using that cheapie 360w hobby PSU from amazon. Hash is 360 according to cgminer.

I want to buy but don't know everything i need to get started. I want to test it out with 1 then place a bigger order after. Do i just need to purchase the asic or do i more stuff too? Not really a miner yet was waiting for these asics.
I also have on order one of those Alpha asics, should i just cancel that order and buy these? Not sure if i should wait much longer if these are out already. OMG i'm so glad i waited to buy GPU's this month, woulda been mad had i bought them and these came out. Thanks!!
