I would prefer selling some of my altcoins right now than buying it with bitcoin. Bitcoin halving is very near and it is not really ideal to spent some of it since there is a potential bull run that may occur as halving happens. You should just use your fiat if you are going to but altcoins but make sure first that the value is low so that you can make profit from it as the value rises. Make sure that everything you do with your bitcoin right now is a preparation for the halving so that you won't regret anything as it comes.

I think it's profitable to keep both Bitcoin and Alts in this market, it's up to everyone, but personally I keep both Bitcoin and Alts, because this way you can get more profit.

This thread was really accepting many peoples but most of the peoples are consider the profitable investment in Crypto platform. So current market is more favourable in altcoin, But BTC is a more trusted cryptocurrency so still some peoples are hold the Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best and most profitable coin in cryptocurrency and better than altcoin, so I never thought of selling bitcoin to buy altcoin.

It seems like you are starting to give up on the assets you chose. why not choose to switch to another asset? What coins did you bought? If you bought any of the good coins in the market then you will be making some decent profits right now or at least you will be recovering some of the money you have lost over the years, but if you invested in one of those icos that appeared over the years then most likely you are out of luck since most likely you are never going to recover the money you invested in those coins and it could be a good idea to sell those coins for whatever you can get at the moment.

This is quite correct. I think I will do the same thing to. The profit will be more that if I only have Bitcoin on my wallet. I guess we need to be  more strategic when it comes to investment. Buying altcoins are like putting my eggs on multiple baskets. But as of now, I will continue on saving some BTC for the coming bullish market so that more BTC will result to more sure profit.

I think it is possible to explain the current situation in simpler words and take the right decisions based on the current state of the cryptocurrency market.  I would never sell Bitcoin either, or even if ETH were the most popular coins, not only in the near future, but also for a longer period of time.  But to buy more profitable altcoin, in order to sell less promising altcoins, you need to audit your portfolio and buy more promising in your opinion.  I think every user of cryptocurrency will make the right choice and benefit from it.

Let him be the decision maker as it is his own money. From the current market situation my suggestion is to give consideration on altcoins. Right now more altcoins continue to grow along with bitcoin. So rather than moving to fiat and getting back to bitcoin it is good to go to bitcoin to altcoins and back again which will be more profiting if the respective altcoins will be much more growing.
