yes, NEO now has a high enough potential to be one of the best altcoins with excellent programs and systems. and also became one of the toughest competitors for Ethereum. I support the development of NEO for the future to become the best altcoin.

I don't think neo will take over the role of eth in the near future. Most smart contracts operate on the erc20 platform. Neo is the most popular in China and if ICO has been banned there will definitely have a negative impact on neo development.
