Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.
The money you hold in cryptocurrency is like your money in the bank just that that in cryptocurrencies you are your own bank and what ever happened to it is your personal responsibility.  If you are an investors then you should know that your fund is at risk.

The risk is in any kind of investment. But when you know the weaknesses, you can avoid mistakes or reduce the risk of losing your money. Invest in projects with a good rating, do not listen to anyone, study yourself. Always at the entrance to the wallet check whether the site is protected (green). Use the official recommendations of the developers of wallets for the protection of funds.

You should protect your money better. For example, moving them to several wallets, or making the password difficult. Better yet, start a cold wallet.

They are as safe as you can ensure their safety. Wallets can not be hacked and so you can lose money only if you do not provide reliable protection of their funds.

Its not relatively safe, at least for beginner or newbie

Tech stuff are kinda technical as this is why many people got scammed/phished especially in the Crypto scene
One of the main reason is definitely greed, you can see people giving free XXX and they submitted their private key to the hacker damnit

In order to be real safe, checking every security measurement is needed
Like scanning malware, clearing suspicious applications or software
Best is to get a ledger wallet i believe, hardware wallet COULD/COULD NOT be hacked but compare to just a private keystore file, Hardware wallet are insanely good

If the amount on your wallet is significant, then probably there was a need to buy a hardware wallet and keep all the crypto on it. At least from the hackers, he will protect.

There are many wallets where you can save your money, my ether wallet and hardware wallet. According to me you should save your money in hardware wallet as, its safer than ether wallet address .Many hackers are present around the world, they use many ideas of hacking, be aware of them .

Our money is 100% safe in cryptocurrency wallets they are embedded  with the best security features they can apply in the wallet before releasing it to public dont blame our ignorance into cryptocurrency many coins stolen because its owners fault and not the wallet itself.

There are a lot of scams in cryptocurrency, as there are no regulatory laws of this industry. Therefore, first of all you need to be afraid of scams

I think the money is not safe in the crypto market. There are lots of hackers who do not want to do much money by stealing money from the wallet.

Buy hardware wallets. With them it will be more reliable. Although nothing is protected from burglary or theft.

All reasonable people have to understand that to have at themselves money is already risk. When you decided to invest them it is anyway risk. To ask a question about it, it is how dangerous to keep money in cryptocurrency to me it seems silly.

Each time when you deal with any type of money (fiat or the cryptocurrencies), you take risks. However, not I work with the cryptos and manage to earn a lot. Yes, I have to work much and I spend 6-9 hours but it brings the profit.

Also be very careful where you post anything about your crypto gains and personal investment, hackers are especially on guard for mentions about BTC and other top valued coins.

Big money is always a risk, crypto currency is no exception. Just a couple of tips from yourself, if you really decided to enter the world of crypto currency:
1. Install the virtual machine and perform all crypto operations only with its help.
2. Do not store passwords from your wallets on the computer. And it's better to get yourself a cool or hardware wallet.
3. If you decide to invest, always thoroughly study those to whom you decided to entrust your money.
Good luck to all, take care of yourself and your money.

In any case the money is more secure here, than in most banks. Banking systems are becoming more vulnerable to hackers and fraudsters.
