Yes you are right, I think that 48hours with no deposit =>next round is a nice rule

There could be an other rule that states that if the deposits slow down a lot (only 1/100 of previous deposits have been deposited in the last 48hours =>old depositors only get 50% of their investment back instead of 130%, it is good for them because 50% is better than 0% and way quicker to pay than 130%

No, because I have 2 btc in there and when I put those in there, there was no time limit. Unless it outright stopped I was definitely getting my money back. Then he changes it while everyone else has their money stuck in there.

If he wants he can, it can become costly if he is the only one depositing, it will bail out some old depositors so why not let him deposit more?
