My answer to that is it's not Honest because of the following reasons.
1. He controls WHEN and IF there is a new round and WHEN and IF the round stops
2. He controls WHO gets paid and HOW MUCH they get paid (Keep in mind the money that he gives to other people is collected from other people that "invest" in the Ponzi"
3. He evades Domain Name bans and uses mass filtering and Bitcoin Address Masking to make sure he is never held accountable for his account

1) As do any other business and\or game. Round times are clearly described, available in this thread and on his site. They are not just something Vort decides on a whim unlike other Ponzis on here.
2) Payments are clear to see on his site and wallet. If he was fiddling the payments it would be obvious.
3) I dont blame Vort for adding additional layers of protection - I'd like to note these additional layers only came about after you reported his site to his hosting provider for no reason, before that, his details were clear for anyone to see. You're trying to twist the facts.
4) I wont lower myself to your level.
You've basically described any active business. You are assuming Vort is not trustworthy yet, as you can see from the wallet, he has processed more than 200BTC now... Yet he's still not honest.
