What do you expect from the CRYPTO market in August?

at least i hope the price is more stable and does not fall free. this will give positive sentiment to investors and hope that new funds will flow to cryptocurrency and market capital will increase and that is good for development.

From what transpired last month and the fact that we are in the middle of August and the market movement has remained the same is an indication that the market will remain relatively unchanged for the remaining part of the month and even to next month. Haven said that I strongly believe that around October and November, we may have a positive change in terms of an upward surge.

I also think bitcoin might reach a price which is nearly or higher than $8000. But I think it is hard to say that ethereum can reach the movement of the bitcoin, because I think the price characteristics of eth are showing a little bit differences in these days.

August should be ending with $8K plus. Now the value of each coin is better to invest in. Now bitcoin price is travelling between $6500 to $7000. Looking at last year growth trend, the growth started in July moving upward. We had bitcoin price grow up last month, but still it went back to $6000 now. This would be last fall this year and hope so. Now this is the time for all crypto currencies grow up. Hope bitcoin price hit $8500 this month end. 

I also hope that bitcoin and all of the other coins can grow more in the near future. In my opinion, the prices can be similar with the prices of the last year and can make a good comeback in the january.

I guess many investors are difficult and skeptic to come in because they are only seeing the fall. And these investors are the rich-quick type of investors and isn't willing to take dips.

I think the price of bitcoin is not ready to achive reaching a value which is higher than $8000 for now. But after of the august, I think all coins can show a great rising and finally maybe we can see very satisfying prices in the end of the year.

It's gonna be a roller coaster ride because it's just a couple of days ago when bitcoin has dropped to 6,000$ from 8,000$ mark and that really takes time to recover from that dip. I expect bitcoin will rise in the third week of August and we don't know what's going to happen next whether it will continue to rise or fall again affecting other cryptos that causes the market to bleed again.

That is what many people among us are expecting to cash their coins when the prices are high in the market again. I think the market value will not fall anymore and we will rather rise hopefully. The price is a bit stable and on the average, rise is more than fall in the market because of the invisible hand operating in the market that has made it possible to carry away Bitcoin out of the recession to the boom. Moreover, investing right now will okay off more than what we normally expect of our investment.

Earlier this month bitcoin etf was rejected but some other way of trading bitcoin is being considered like bitcoin derivatives with one day settlement features. I guess if that happen before October and bitcoin etf then we may have up trend. But I guess we cannot expect that to happen in the remaining half of this month.

We are half way thru. So far we had a $1350 decline or almost 20%. Price started the month of August at $7750  and is now at $6400.   I believe most people voting here will be proven wrong at end of month.

August has been one of the worst day for the market,  Market Cap dropped to $195 billion,  Ethereum dumped by ICOs project to $260, I just hope we see a bullish season this year

Good day. According to the poll, majority voted that cryptocurrency market will go up but what happened was the opposite. We can never really predict the movement of the market. We still have 2 weeks left of August, we will see what will happen. Hopefully it will recover by then.

i'm expecting it to sit around it's current levels until mid september or so when the long anticipated bull run comes into play. The world economic recession is on the verge of beginning and when that happens can expect a huge surge in all the market.

Not much, but I am surprised the pool reveals that most people are positive about what it is going to happen, I am surprised that despite the long bear market people are still this positive when I do not see any indication the bear market is going to end soon at all, do not get me wrong that will be great and I will love to see all my portfolio getting profits but I just do not see it happening.

Not much, but I am surprised the pool reveals that most people are positive about what it is going to happen, I am surprised that despite the long bear market people are still this positive when I do not see any indication the bear market is going to end soon at all, do not get me wrong that will be great and I will love to see all my portfolio getting profits but I just do not see it happening.

Why wouldn't they expect anything else? This isn't the first time we've been through this with this technology. Just go back and look, it wasn't long before Bitcoin took off on a rocket ship and went to $20k, it was only sitting at $220. That was after a crash from a high of about $1300. It's just a volatile market and people are starting to see that.
