I have been six months already in cryptocurrency and I earned money by joining signature campaign , although some ICO having problem of reaching the hard cap or even the soft cap , that's why maybe the reason they did not distribute the tokens for bounty .

Before entering into crypto you must research and get ready for any risk.  In crypto,  you will have more chance to gain and loss when trading btc or altcoins.  

In bounty,  you will also get more chance to earn for any successful project and not a scam ico.  For you to be able to earn,  just search for the better project and check the whitepaper.

I would not say bounty is dead. But it has become much more competitive. With the sheer amount of hype, and participants. The reward is much2 less than last year. With the growth of cryptocurrency and the budget of the bounty is stagnant, that is why you fell like u're getting much2 less. With participants with legendary or similar ranks does not really feel it, but with Jr. Member / Members, the amount is getting much smaller. I would suggest to avoid doing bounty full time if u have a low ranking account.

Of course, I still believe in bounty and cryptocurrency. Although currently experiencing a lot of declines compared to the year before. Bounty gives me many opportunities to make a profit, once when I was an employee, becoming a bounty hunter is a very fun and profitable side job. Maybe you should look into more low-profile ICOs. I mean, since when is hype a sign of sound business practices?
