Its some network, side-chain issue. Not end of the world. Instead of whining you can be patient or help devs with feedback (if u know programming/block-chains)

USE GUI 1.3.0 and download the chain.

"We have uploaded the update 1.3.1. This is a MINOR update to fix an issue that put some miners on an alternative blockchain." it was to fix side-chain issue, while it fixed for some, it caused synch and stuck issues for others,

so yea u can try 1.3.0 (but backup the 3 files wallet.keys, wallet.txt and wallet file, but u can leave 1.3.1 folder in peace and unzip the 1.3.0 to a new folder then copy those 3 files to the newly created folder - I think u know how wallet works so, u will manage - so u can use 1.3.0, it will hopefully download the blocks for you, but use LOCAL NODE*

* bottom option, "start node auto in the background" - default location
its on your machine aka local

We have uploaded the update 1.3.2.  A majority of the pool has been updated to the latest release, and are working fine.
Make sure you mine on a pool that is updated (check https://miningpoolstats.stream/x-cash and verify that the height is the same).
The update has solved the issue of alternate chain for the time being. Even if you didn't encounter any issue, it is recommended to update.

Connected to the official remote node on Poland, Warsawa.

If you are using a remote node to synchronize your wallet, next time you open it you should select the second option (Connect to an official remote node from the list) and select the European node: EUSEED2.X-CASH.ORG:18281.

This node is on the right blockchain and will enable you to synchronize the last blocks without any issue.

Lets see how it goes... Its been 10 minutes so far... I will update this post later...

Yes, the wallet syncing is working great now. Hashrate ballooned however once monero changed to V8 all the asics had to direct elsewhere. Is there similar plans to deal with the spikes in difficulty that loyal gpu miners will be dealing with? and what would P.O.S look like? how many coins will it be masternode as well?

Downloaded the wallet of the latest version 1.3.2.
Throughout the night, the wallet continued to synchronize and did not finish this action ... Obviously something is wrong. Tell me what you can think of.
How much time does it take to synchronize a wallet from scratch? Maybe what nodes need to register?
