Downloaded the wallet of the latest version 1.3.2.
Throughout the night, the wallet continued to synchronize and did not finish this action ... Obviously something is wrong. Tell me what you can think of.
How much time does it take to synchronize a wallet from scratch? Maybe what nodes need to register?

I have downloaded the blockchain locally based on this guide: https://medium.com/x-cash/fixing-alternative-blockchain-3d864d604a33

1. Open a command prompt with administrator rights. https://www.howtogeek.com/194041/how-to-open-the-command-prompt-as-administrator-in-windows-8.1/
2. Then, in the command prompt you need to change the directory to your wallet folder. To do so, type “cd C:\[PathToYourXCASHwalletFolder]” where [PathToYourXCASHwalletFolder] is the path where your wallet is
    contained.



3. Then run xcash-blockchain-import --pop-blocks 13000 (or the number you find suitable to arrive at height 94000). Check the latest block here: https://explorer.x-cash.org/  then reduce by 94000

So I have executed: xcash-blockchain-import --pop-blocks 15916, arrived at block around 70000+ before it was forked...

4. If you are using GUI: Launch the GUI wallet (with administrator rights), open your wallet with the 4th option (Start a node automatically in the background). Let the blockchain synchronize the last blocks, and when the
    wallet is open to your account summary, go to the settings tab and click on Resync Wallet. Let the wallet synchronize completely. Once it’s finished the wallet will be opened on the account summary page.

So approximate time now is 3 hours...

Yes make sure if using windows GUI you run it as admin. this is the number one reason why it will say syncing and just sit their showing no progress

After downloading linux version of wallet..how does one proceed with installing wallet

Hello Community,

Due to issues with syncing the wallet taking quite some time for remote nodes, I have put up the latest raw blockchain for download on our pool host.

I will keep this updated every few weeks with the latest export to ensure that it does not lag behind.

Linux Instructions:

./xcash-blockchain-import --input-file PATH_TO_BLOCKCHAIN.RAW

Windows Instructions:

xcash-blockchain-import.exe --input-files PATH_TO_BLOCKCHAIN.RAW


After it has finished importing, open the xcashd daemon again and it should shortly sync you to the block height I exported it at.

Let me know if anyone has issues with it.

I figured out why I could not synchronize my wallet. It was necessary to choose a server for synchronization. I chose "Poland Warsaw" and everything was synchronized in 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the wallet is empty, although I have long applied for airdrop.

Airdrop starts every month for a year or around that, and you need to register every month on your calendar tab(checking the tab).
usually the tab will open at 21st of every month, but it might change.

after downloading the wallet, run the wallet and connect the daemon.
you can start downloading it from the scratch or connecting it into a remote node, bear it in your mind that you need a day or less than that to connect your wallet from the scratch.
