If you are using CLI, you should have see it on your prompt command directly. at what blocks are your wallet is, but if you are using GUI.
go to setting tab and then choose Daemon info or something like that(forgot its name), or simply run your daemon.exe on your x-cash folder.

Whats update, if you ask about the update of exchange, The developer already send the requested of updating wallet of exchange. Now its only on exchanger side to update as fast they can.

1. Add the X-CASH folder to your anti-virus exclusions/whitelist.
2. Run the X-CASH_GUI_Wallet.exe file as administrator.
3. Either create, restore or open an existing wallet file.
4. On Daemon settings, select option #3 [Manually enter a remote node].
5. Select one of the nodes below
6. Press Start and let your wallet synchronize.
