5% is nothing! But when BTC and ETH goes down 5%, shitcoins go down 15-20%. And there goes the total marketcap, but its just cleaning trash!

Today All Crypto market get RED again!
I dont know why, may be nobody knows. What is going on people?!!
All top 10 coins decrease around 5%. ETH traded at $430, BTC at $7700.
I think ETH may continue dumping while BTC will stop dumping at $73xx then great again.
Seems normal. There were worse. If this is unusual to you you're just new and welcome to the crypto bro. You just need to capitalize this and while moping and whining about it, just study the trend and who know you can build a system out from there, more productive. |

well, what we are seeing recently in the market nowadays is really trying times for cryptocurrency. The fluctuations are just too much and the drama seems unstoppable. It is really something amidst the issues of SEC either to approve or reject ETFs petitions. Today, I read somewhere that SEC has started looking into the strength of coins.

5% for crypto - it's not a crash. It's just noise. This is a smooth swing motion. There is nothing wrong with them. the market is dilapidated. Before inhaling, he needs to exhale.
Absolutely agree with you, cryptocurrencies known like very volatile currencies, and it makes the market better, because you can earn your profit through that falls and pumps again |

I thought as much from the onset as the market turns green the other time.
Now within few weeks, it turns red again.
That's why most project don't conclude or decide if the market is not stable.

I asked my self the same question, I wanted to sell my eth but i think the market will increase more but it is now dumping, I think more people are getting afraid because of the SEC ruling on the ETF

Its crypto... What did you expect. Bitcoin markets are always tanking, fueling up for moon launches! Yup. Get used to always loosing then boom... Money money and grabbin' your hunny  Anyways. The current news is south korea cracking down and coming up with tax laws for all there bogus exchanges... Nothing special. Nothing like China banning bitcoin for the 8th time or something dramatic like that. |

I was kinda shocked when I wake up in the morning to check the market and discovered that the market has drop a whole lot, I went into the news to search for any news that could have happen, but i couldn't see anything, I think more people are taking their profit from the little market increase.

Hi there,
It is really frustrating at the moment. I was trying to trade and stuck at higher prices so I had to stop for now. Silly me. Should have waited a couple of days to get in again. There is nothing we can do except for waiting.

When bitcoin started to grown month ago , I thought it will have a positive affect on a crypto market , but now I can see that most part of altcoins lose ~50% of their value over this short period of time . This was so terrific , and unpredictable for me ... My portfolio was 30% more valuable when bitcoin was 5800$ , god damn , how can it be ?

I expected some the market to undergo some corrections after the recent run to $8200+ price level. And It did just that. That shows the market is healthy. Instead of a steady uptrend boost that will be followed by an equal but opposite dump. Altcoins too, have been taking serious hits in the last couple of weeks and it got hit once again. I believe this dip is temporary and a reversal is expected soon.

I really don't know about this altcoins situation. Bitcoin down gives me a big hope for the next bull run. Because Bitcoin price down following the market chart and if it keeps following then we can hope for a good bull market start. But altcoins are really doing badly. Most of the altcoins are dumping and I don't know why Ethereum turn out as a too much volatile coin nowadays. And for this reason, The crypto market remains Red when BTC was pumping slightly. But I Hope this is the silence before the storm!  |

Well, you can be right. There are times when the market just go down for no reason at all and it is just later that people attached reasons for the movement. Well, the same thing can happen when going up...there is actually no need for a reason whether small or big for crypto to move in some direction. This makes this whole thing very unpredictable and can leave anyone baffled for days. Let's just leave the market for some days to do its own thing or maybe some necessary corrections because I am sure that soon it can be back to its feet again...in GREEN! |

Yeah the market is getting scary once again. The SEC rejection of the ETF couldn't make an immediate impact in the market but it seems people are selling out once again. We hope for a rise sometime soon.

Many factors you have to consider why cryptocurrency decreases to 5% but we need not to worry about. We still have to think positive and pessimistic that the drop will not continue and will still recover. All you need is to be more patient and hold on your existing assets as i do believe the bull run will come for coming months. |

I don't know the reason but in situation like this instead of asking what's the reason.
Do your own initiative of buying and adding more coins to your portfolio so you'll never be too late once it goes up again.
Whatever the reason is that's pain for everyone to see bitcoin is being dumped.
