The price might rise at the end of the year but don't expect the same scenario like last year, to my opinion price will not go that high.
It seams like many users are disappointed with development of price in this year so they are expecting much from the end of this or next one. But if the price reaches 9000$ at the end of this year, this will be big progress.

I think that with a market that is in a strong downtrend, it is hard to see how much bitcoin it will be able to recover. You can see that the market is fluctuating and it is unpredictable. I'm not sure.  It seems to me the big boys are keeping this down until they have regulations in place.  I'm not sure when they will have the setup they want but I don't think we will move until then. 

Everything is possible - you cannot know for sure if it happens or not. Anyhow, the largest part of the guys that use this forum is waiting for the rise of Bitcoin. Hope, these people are not mistaken, and it will happen.

Although it doesn't look like it'll jump, personally I expect to see some rise with maximum not exceeding 12k at best. I'm going to be happy to be wrong and see another moon at 50k or 64k as some say, but it's more like a dream to me

Well we all have our own beliefs and speculations though. So far, the last quarter of each year up to now has been when btc and the market makes a run. If everything will stay it's course, then there's still something to look forward to this year.

At present market is bearish and the traders are not ready to hold the coins for long term, It is like when ever they get 10 rs to . So i think the max price we can see will be more 3k so the max will be 10k price.
