Thats true,fake reviews are everywhere,but Rateonium could really be a game changer,solution for that menace.

Perhaps they already have some working project on which to base it and a smaller team so the caps don't need to be big...

Even if there are a lot of similar projects, competition is still good for the blockchain industry. Some developers believe they can do better and that drive will give good results.

We are certain that soft cap in the amount of 25,000 ETH and hard cap in the amount of 84,234 ETH is perfectly enough to achieve all our plans and goals.

Generally i think that teams became too greedy,atleast those that set hard cap at something like 100 mill USD.It is rarely necessary,and its  mostly just pure greed.So its nice to see team with realistic softcap/hardcap.
