You misunderstand, they don't set any minimum for investors, 20 ETH is the maximum limit a person can buy. You think many people have 20ETH to invest?

I believe there are, I do not think we are even aware of the number of people who can easily pay such amounts.

I also believe there are many people with such amounts. The only thing is that they probably already have a lot of ongoing investments so it is a matter of choice in what to invest.

If the team really believes in the project than there will be no dumping as they are counting on the stock to rise sometime in the future.

And that's where the team needs to kick into a higher gear to make sure the project has continuity and show success. Then there will be less dumps.
