Just stay calm and don't lost hope on it ...if you want to leave just sell all your token/coin in price what you want it's better if it's higher. You will see it's always red but it will turn green just in short time so it's up you if you wait.

Yes i agree that we stay calm and necer panic. This is one of the reason why the market is red, many people were able to sell their coins because they think that it would be better but its the other way around you are helping the market red if you do this. So better wait and calm.

I thought that they are not accpeting crypto but they are crypto friendly country and the majority of them have come from the canadian countries. Where are you seeing that a lot of companies have already accepted crypto? There was only a little percentage but they even only accept the bitcoin and ethereum. None of them have accepted altcoin.

I started to lose hope for Cryptocurrency.
I have always been optimistic for a few months if the Cryptocurrency will stabilize and the price will rise again, but I am disappointed that after a few months the Cryptocurrency has continued to decline in price and has not stabilized in price increases.

very worrying for now bitcoin and altcoin experienced a very drastic decline, everything looks red,
hopefully this August there is good news about Bitcoin ETF

waiting for that announcement too.. i am in heavy losses and all of my friends too and even TA is not helping .. market is very uncertain

Market being red is inevitable, it's part of it. The volatility and unpredictable of market also speculations surrounding this market. It's a trend that when market turns green expect it to be red later or tomorrow. Nothing new about market being red we're still in bear trend.
