I believe that there are still many legit ico that can be followed. it depends on how we can choose ico. with the many scam ico's that appear because we are not careful in choosing ico so we are stuck in a scam ico. therefore we must learn to be able to choose ico well in order that we can get the legit ico.

Yes why not?  iam personally still believe in ico's. I know at this time there is a lot of scam ico's but it doesn't mean all the ico's also scam, there is also legit ico's.You should be carefull before investing in a ico.Research more more about the project before investing.Not all ico scam there is some legit ico also available but you have to find out. best of luck

Recently a lot of ICOs failed due to the current market situation. That is why I avoid investing in ICOs, instead, I wait for the ICO to be successful and buy it in exchange sites where I can actually buy them cheaper since most bounty hunters dump their bounties once the coin gets listed.

I do believe in ICO though some ICO fails or turn out to be as scam but still there are many genuine ICOs. We need to do complete research about the ICO before investing or participating in bounty campaign  eg. Check website, team manager, team member, white paper, their product etc. By doing all this exercise risk can be avoided to some extent.

Even scamming incident to bounty hunters are very ramphant nowadays but still i believe in ICOs but unlike before i'm very careful now in choosing a good project to participate to ensure my effort will be paid.
