Oh no!!  I honestly can't believe it was a scam! The screenshot of the working client was pretty impressive.  That's what really got me interested and convinced me to invest in Stackcoin. I think I'm gonna cry now...  

Unfortunately, I got a little too greedy on this one... Argh!

I'm #66 (2nd Stage) on the list, and I sent 1.5 BTC to the scammer.

Well, I must admit I was fooled too by the "dev". I didn't invest in the IPO but I did offer to create the P2Pool code and put up a node at launch time. To do this I needed quite some technical information which I got readily from the dev which made my lower my guard. He seemed knowledgeable about coin development in general too.

My offer still stands though, I'm willing to contribute by creating P2Pool code + node.

High risk's yes but still no one has the right to steal ppl's bitcoin's.

The point of this coin is yes to help the victim's and to also show

how good the community is and any newcomer to crypto wont be turned away because of the scam's

Really a different project.  Mandate for RealStackCoin is just to launch with the exact original parameters (and hopefully capabilities) of stackcoin.. except for real.

The reason is the original investors of stackcoin invested in the coin for those original parameters. 

I think Community Coin is great, and may possibly be one of the greatest coins ever, but its really serving a different purpose.

Anyways code for realstackcoin is pretty much done and pushed to github at this point.  Just have to update art assets and do the platform specific wallet builds.  I expect us to think a bit more on the community coin to really make it special.
